The business solutions team uses the college’s expertise to help you identify and fulfill your company’s training and development needs. It takes advantage of its specialist knowledge of government training funding to offer you a flexible, cost effective tailored solution.

We offer a full organisational needs analysis and, if necessary, can arrange for you to receive independent specialist advice. We will work with you to identify the business issues you want to address, enabling us to design a tailored training solution to match your priorities.

Training must be affordable as well as high quality. We have access to Government training schemes, which can significantly subsidise training costs – sometimes up to 100%. Non-subsidised courses are competitively funded. After training is completed, an impact analysis takes place to assess the effectiveness of the training measures.

Training options could include apprenticeship programmes, accredited qualifications in subjects such as marketing or accountancy or bespoke management or business skills training courses.

Our flexible service offers bespoke training at a time and venue to suit you. This could be on your premises, at a college site or at an external venue. Our preferential rate agreements with various prestigious conference venues ensure best value for money.

The business solutions team is dedicated to making your training experience as seamless and efficient as possible. You will be assigned an account manager who will be your main point of contact and will be there to support you throughout. We recognise the importance of long-term relationships, and will go the extra mile to ensure that you are fully satisfied with our service.
