[18:30] <TenMihara|GM>  How far ponies are willing to go to save themselves, or those they care about
[18:30] <TenMihara|GM>  Some ponies write off friends and family as readily as they would throw away an empty soda bottle
[18:31] <TenMihara|GM>  Others have broken families, and count on friends, if they have any, to bolster them
[18:32] <TenMihara|GM>  And then there are the scant few who would readily give up their lives or other things of value to protect those they care about
[18:32] * The_Batmare appears to have been shot a lot. Maybe she needed to armour up her cape. That would help. Maybe.
[18:33] <TenMihara|GM>  Anything more than that... you're not likely to see that in the Hoofington.
[18:34] <TenMihara|GM>  The idea of a complete stranger helping other complete strangers is all but unhead of.
[18:34] <TenMihara|GM>  How far are our group of wastelanders willing to go to protect what matters to them? I guess we'll find out...

[18:35] * Purple_Kay steps back from the chained and wet Raider, waiting to see if he stirs after the simulated drowning.
[18:36] <TenMihara|GM>  The raider sputters; "Wh-what the fuck happened." He seems dazed
[18:36] * Jake_Juice is nearby The_Batmare, looking from her to everyone else "Er... hate to tell everyone this but I don't have the tools to take out bullets n' shrapnel."
[18:36] * Purple_Kay lips out his cigarette and lights it. He then pulls out his toolbox and starts laying out the contents in front of the raider.
[18:36] * The_Batmare appears to have been shot a lot. Maybe she needed to armour up her cape. That would help. Maybe.
[18:37] * Doc is busy salvaging the shotgun the one raider had, a grin on her face as she shouldered it. She looks over at Jake_Juice. "Well, yer in luck, because I do."
[18:37] * Razor is currently picking through the bodies. She's already taken the Rage for herself. Not much else looks interesting. She's throwing the rest into a pile.
[18:37] * Purple_Kay Wrench, knife, a healing potion, bits of low gauge wire...
[18:38] <TenMihara|GM>  The raider splutters more and reaches up with a hoof to the chain around his neck; "Da fuck?"
[18:38] * The_Batmare "That seems like a useful skill citizen."
[18:39] * Purple_Kay rushes fluidly up to the raider and takes his head firmly between his hooves. He thrusts the smoldering brand of his cigarette between the chained raider's eyes.
[18:39] * Jake_Juice blinks and looks at Doc "I'll be damned. Guess we're not in bad shape after all."
[18:39] <Doc> "Hey, they don't call me Doc fer nothing." She grins.
[18:40] * Jake_Juice chuckles "Well I guess they don't."
[18:40] <TenMihara|GM>  The raider screams
[18:40] * Purple_Kay holds it a moment as the raider struggles. He trots back a few yards and takes a long drag on his cigarette. He breathes a lungful of smoke out his nose. "First rule: You answer my questions. You don't talk otherwise."
[18:41] <TenMihara|GM>  The raider's eye is shut, but he spits at Purple_Kay; "Think yer a fuckin' tough guy with yer pals backin' ya eh?"
[18:41] * The_Batmare jumps a bit and walks over to Purple Kay, "What are you doing? Stop that at once."
[18:41] * Jake_Juice blinks and looks over at Purple_Kay... "Huh..."
[18:41] * Razor 's chest hurts like hell, but she's not gonna go to anyone else about it. She trusts a radroach more than she trusts the rest of these ponies.
[18:42] * Purple_Kay "I'm getting information, stay out of my way." He stares back at the restrained raider. "Your kind run together, brag amongst yourselves..."
[18:42] <TenMihara|GM>  The raider gives a grim chuckle; "Sounds familiar don't it?"
[18:43] * The_Batmare glares at Purple_Kay, "I will not stand idly by as you injure someone who cannot defend themselves. Stop, or I will be force to relieve the prisoner of your control."
[18:44] * Purple_Kay "He's a raider. He would gladly carve 'whore' into your withers so he has something to stare at while he rapes you, if given the chance. I'll question this filth my way."
[18:45] * Jake_Juice trots over to Doc and nudges her with a hoof "I can help yah take them bullets out if yah like... 'Doc'." he shakes his head and chuckles. Then blinks and looks at The_Batmare and Purple_Kay and facehoofs.
[18:45] * Doc nods. "That'd be much appreciated. And yeah, it's just Doc."
[18:45] * Purple_Kay picks up his knife. "If you don't want to watch the wetwork, go help your Buddy."
[18:46] * The_Batmare "If you are going to kill him for his crimes, then kill him, but I will not allow you to cause him pain in this manner. Give them justice, or leave them alone, but this does not make them better then them. So I will say thrice, if you continue to harm the prosioner I will be forced to relieve him of your control."
[18:46] <The_Batmare> prisoner
[18:46] <TenMihara|GM>  Missile_Rush keeps his eye on the raider, but allows Purple_Kay to continue without interrupting him. He knew this kind of scum deserved no better
[18:47] <TenMihara|GM>  The raider actually seems amused by The_Batmare more than anything; "Nice costume. Very kinky. If you're so keen on keeping me from harm, how about a little fun before you blow my brains out, eh?"
[18:48] * Purple_Kay turns away from her. "Sorry for the interruption." He trots around the raider, saddling up beside him where his flailing can't reach. He runs the flat of the knife down the raider's side. "Don't mind her, your business is with me."
[18:49] * Purple_Kay "A mare, Copper, went missing. Heard anything?"
[18:49] * The_Batmare watches PK very carefully and does not move to leave at all
[18:49] <TenMihara|GM>  The raider snots; "We ain't got no business. I tried to take yer shit, you kicked my ass. Ain't that hard to see what happened."
[18:49] * Razor leaves the pile of useless shit and returns to Kay's side. She kinda wants to watch. She stares a little hungrily at the raider. It's probably very creepy and unsettling.
[18:50] <TenMihara|GM>  The raider snorts again; "Fuck should I know every stupid bitch what wanders out into the Hoof on her own?"
[18:50] * Purple_Kay "But you hear things, it's what you do. Who's been bragging?"
[18:50] * Purple_Kay "Who's caught something, who's been running an ambush? Give me a reason not to cut you."
[18:51] <TenMihara|GM>  The raiders actually laughs; "Nopony brags unless they get a real haul. One bitch ain't worth braggin' about. Probably ran inta gang like me and mine what you just butchered."
[18:52] * Purple_Kay "Butchered..." He runs the blade in a long line down the raider's side. The tip of the blade digging in only slightly, parting the top layers of skin.
[18:52] * Razor smiles a bit. "Does that mean I can have him now?"
[18:53] * Purple_Kay "Care to rethink your answer?"
[18:53] * The_Batmare walks over to the raider, and touches her hoof to his shoulder, and teleports the two of them away.
[18:53] * Purple_Kay looks around, she can't have gone far.
[18:55] * Razor gives a growl and looks around. "He's fucking mine! You can't have him!"
[18:55] * The_Batmare didn't travel far, just far enough that she could punch him to death
[18:56] * Purple_Kay "Damn it Bats! You would trade a chance for an innocent to live to save a fucking RAIDER some pain?!"
[18:57] <TenMihara|GM>  The raider spits out some blood; "You lookin' to go another round toots?"
[18:57] * The_Batmare should be punching him to death, he sure is mouth for being punched to death
[18:57] * Jake_Juice looks around blinking. "Damnit..."
[18:57] <The_Batmare> mouth*
[18:57] <The_Batmare> mouthy*
[18:58] <TenMihara|GM>  The raider is quickly shut up by a few more blows to the head
[18:58] * Doc giggles. "Your group amuses me." She says to Jake_Juice.
[18:58] <TenMihara|GM>  The raider falls to the ground, dead, apparently still smirking callously
[18:59] * Jake_Juice sighs "Yeah... well. We haven't been togethor very long. The Batmare means well. And so does PK... they're just... well you know."
[18:59] * The_Batmare drops the corpse on the ground and looks over at Purple_Kay, "I will not tolerate torture in my presence. Do not do it agai."
[18:59] <The_Batmare> again*
[19:00] * Doc nods. "It seems as if they have conflicting ideas of 'justice'."
[19:00] <TenMihara|GM>  Missile snorts at the Batmare; "And now we have no leads. Good job."
[19:01] * The_Batmare shoots a glare at missile, "And your lead was to walk down a road until we were randomly attacked. Do not speak to me of such things."
[19:01] * Jake_Juice nods "Indeed. My ideas of justice are... skewed. I guess you could say."
[19:01] * Razor is pretty pissed. The raider was /hers/. She takes out her weapon, horn glowing as she casts /all/ of her spells on it. She's glaring at The_Batmare with a ferocious hatred. "He was mine! He was fucking mine!"
[19:01] * Purple_Kay "I have put us with a lot of your higher-than-thou shit, Batty. If you ever get between me and my application of 'justice' on a raider again, you won't be around to interfere a third time."
[19:02] * Purple_Kay holds out a hoof. "Settle down, Kid. It's over."
[19:02] * Doc simply nods.
[19:03] * The_Batmare looks over at Razor, "Okay." She ignores her, but prepares to teleport away and looks at Purple_Kay, "I will not challenge you, but if you fight me I will be forced to reply in kind. However, I cannot allow torture in my presence."
[19:03] * Razor is definitely not settling down. She's sick of this costumed freak.
[19:04] * Doc watches the scene with mild amusement. She flies over. "You know, it won't do you any good to go and kill yourselves over this."
[19:04] * Purple_Kay "Then why did you knock him unconscious in the first place? I thought you were clever enough to realize what was going to happen." He interposes himself between Bats and Razor. Ready to try and restrain her if need be.
[19:05] * Jake_Juice raises an eyebrow at Doc, then shakes his head and trots over to Razor. "Yah need to learn how to calm the fuck down kid. Actin' like you do is gona get yah killed."
[19:06] * The_Batmare "If I would have known, I would not have. I thought you were better than resorting to the same actions that raiders engage in."
[19:06] * Purple_Kay "It's alright, Kid. Settle down. Look at me, it's done."
[19:07] * The_Batmare looks over at Razor, "If I had known you were so intent on dispencing justice, I would have allowed you, so long as you did not prolong his much needed death."
[19:08] <TenMihara|GM>  Missile decides to speak up; "Are we done here? We still have a job to do." He doesn't move however; if the two melee mares wanted to have at each other, he wasn't really keen on getting in the way while he still had somepony else to save
[19:10] * Razor doesn't stop glaring. "You stole him from me!" She does not look like a mare who's going to listen to reason.
[19:11] * The_Batmare takes a step away, "I do not suggest this course of action."
[19:12] * Doc frowns, and reaches for her shotgun. "You need to calm down missy!"
[19:12] * Purple_Kay locks eyes with Razor and trots straight toward her. He gets within hoof's reach and keeps himself in front of her face. "It's alright, Kid. Easy now..."
[19:13] * Jake_Juice looks at Missile "We should be done. Unfortunately we're not." he stares at Razor, ready to draw his gun if need be.
[19:14] * Purple_Kay raises a hoof to her shoulder. "You need to stay with me now." His voice drops. "I need someone on my side. Please, let it go."
[19:14] * Razor is pretty far from the 'kid' Kay knows, right now. She looks right into his eyes. If he knows /anything/ about reading ponies, he will know that she wants this mare dead more than anything right now.
[19:16] * Purple_Kay can see the rage below the surface, he's seen plenty of rage in his time. He knows she has every ability to carve him up this close. He hopes she won't do it, but if she surges, he's ready to try and juse his bulk to restrain her.
[19:19] * The_Batmare is still preparing to TP away
[19:20] * Purple_Kay leans in, mouth near her ear. He speaks low, just for her. "I don't agree with her, part of me wants to step aside, But we have WORK to do, Razor. I don't want to make you hurt me, but I'm afraid I'll have to. Please, let it go. There will be other raiders to kill."
[19:21] * Jake_Juice raises an eyebrow at Purple_Kay and Razor, taking a step back.
[19:23] * Razor wouldn't attack Kay. But she would push him aside to go for The_Batmare. Her ear twitches slightly. She's breathing pretty heavily. After a moment, She mutters, "No chances... One more time... she dies. Nothing will stop it."
[19:23] * Purple_Kay stands in the unintentional half-hug, waiting. Silently hoping... not like this... don't let me cause this...stupid old fuck.
[19:25] * Purple_Kay releases his pent up nerves with a half-hidden sigh.
[19:28] * The_Batmare continues to wait... and nothing happens. "Is that in then, are we going to move on?'
[19:28] * Jake_Juice nods to PK and Razor "Are you two done yet? I'm not gona heal any of you just so yah can hurt each other more."
[19:32] * The_Batmare "I have no plans to hurt anyone."
[19:32] * Purple_Kay nods. "We're done. Let's pack up their shit and get back on the trail."
[19:32] <TenMihara|GM>  The buckshot in Razor's chest really starts to burn as her buck wears off
[19:32] <TenMihara|GM>  The Bullet's in The_Batmare's side sting quite a bit too
[19:33] * Jake_Juice chuckles "I know yah don't hun'. Just sayin'." he looks at Purple_Kay "Without healing everyone? Are yah crazy?"
[19:33] * Razor is still standing there, still glaring, but she doesn't look like she's going to immediately jump on The_Batmare, unlike a few seconds previously.
[19:33] <TenMihara|GM>  Doc makes The_Batmare lay on her side so she can get at the bullets with Jake's help
[19:34] * The_Batmare had worse, didn't make it any better. Then she's tipped over like a cow and checked out, or something
[19:34] * Jake_Juice trots over and nudges The_Batmare to lie down "Let's get these bullets out hun'." he helps doc.
[19:35] * Purple_Kay stays with Razor. He looks her over. He doesn't know much about medicine, but he knows enough about armor to know it should be that holey. "Dam, Kid. We could use that armor to filter water..."
[19:35] * Jake_Juice then helps Doc with Razor...
[19:36] <TenMihara|GM>  Doc manages to get the bullets out of The_Batmare, then moves on Razor. She manages to get the .22 round out of her ass, but in attempting to remove the .32 round, she nicks her with the scalpel; "Oops."
[19:36] * Razor begrudgingly lets them work on her. She insists that PK be there though.
[19:36] * The_Batmare is cleansed of boolits. "Thank you citizen." She grunts and gets back to her hooves.
[19:37] * Purple_Kay stands beside Razor as Doc works. He sucks his teeth when she nicks her, but otherwise remains silent.
[19:38] <TenMihara|GM>  DOc tried again, hoping to mediate the damage
[19:38] * Jake_Juice helps
[19:38] <TenMihara|GM>  She manages it this time, tossing the bullet aside
[19:39] <TenMihara|GM>  She then moves on to the delicate task of getting the 20 Gauge Buckshot out
[19:39] * Jake_Juice helps with that too!
[19:40] <TenMihara|GM>  Doc very carefully panipulates her tweezes and scalpel this time, and manages not to do any more harm gettign the shot out
[19:40] * Razor is probably in a pretty big amount of pain right about now. Surgery with no anesthetic is pretty damn painful.
[19:41] * Purple_Kay continues to watch them work. Keeping an extra close eye on Jake. He hesitated, but puts a reassuring hoof on her withers when Doc has to dig in deep.
[19:41] <TenMihara|GM>  Doc didn't have any Med-X
[19:42] * Jake_Juice trots over to The_Batmare when he's done removing bullets and shrapnel with Doc. "Here." he feeds her a potion. "Feel better?"
[19:43] <TenMihara|GM>  Doc also doesn't have a potion for Razor
[19:44] * Razor decides it's probably a good idea to lie there and rest a bit.
[19:45] * The_Batmare nods, "Yes, I have been better, but for now I am okay."
[19:46] * Purple_Kay stops Doc. He asks her to wait while he fetches the items he laid out during the aborted interrogation. He brings back a potion for her to give to Razor.
[19:46] <TenMihara|GM>  Doc feeds the potion to Razor
[19:47] * Jake_Juice smiles "Let me know if you need anything hun'." he starts to trot over to Razor, but stops seeing Doc handling it. So instead he just stands next to The_Batmare.
[19:47] * The_Batmare nods at Jake_Juice, "Thank you." She heads over to the loot pile to take the spiked pony shoes.
[19:49] * Jake_Juice heads over to the loot pile and pokes through it, taking anything nobody else is taking to sell later.
[19:49] <TenMihara|GM>  Doc helps herself to the shotgun and shells. Missile takes the other .32 and packs it away to add to his saddle if and when he got the chance
[19:51] * Purple_Kay trots over, He hopes to lay claim to a two of the raider armor suits. He needs the material to patch together his own undersized suit
[19:52] <TenMihara|GM>  That leaves Jake_Juice with the other two sets of raider barding and the lead pipes
[19:56] <TenMihara|GM>  Missile flaps his wings impatiently; "There's still her sister in Chapel."
[19:57] * Jake_Juice nods "Let's get going then."
[19:58] * Purple_Kay nods up to Rush. "Let's move, then." He falls into step with Razor.
[19:58] * The_Batmare starts to walk as well then
[19:59] * Jake_Juice trots besides The_Batmare. "Well this has turned out to be an eventful day..."
[20:00] <TenMihara|GM>  It takes the group most of the day to reach Chapel along the main road, drawing ever nearer to the Core as they apprach. The quaint little town is built around a central pre-war church that seems to be, other than a couple bits of repair work, intact
[20:00] <TenMihara|GM>  As the group approaches, three foals wearing small sized combat barding and brandishing weapons get out in front of them.
[20:01] * Razor still has her weapon drawn, and is still watching The_Batmare. She wasn't kidding when she said no more second chances.
[20:01] * The_Batmare looks down at the foals, "Hello young citizens."
[20:01] <TenMihara|GM>  The weapons, ironically, seem to be better than what most of the party has. Two of them have 5.56mm Varmint rifles, and one has a .44 Magnum Revolver
[20:02] <TenMihara|GM>  They're wearing matching capes over their armour
[20:03] * Purple_Kay sighs internally. He has nothing against foals, but with his looks, foals aren't usually kind to him.
[20:03] * Jake_Juice approaches the foals cautiously "Hey there kids... we're uh, lookin' for someone, maybe yah can help us?"
[20:04] <TenMihara|GM>  One of the foals, a blue colt holding a varmint rifle, steps forward, setting down his weapon; "Ya raiders?"
[20:04] * Purple_Kay leans over to Razor and whispers, "I think you're intimidating enough without the machete out."
[20:04] <TenMihara|GM>  The filly with the .44 and a bright pink mane over an orange coat seems to agree with Kay, having her gun trained specifically on Razor
[20:05] * Jake_Juice shakes his head chuckling "Nah, we're not raiders." he looks at Razor and shakes his head.
[20:05] * The_Batmare "Of course not, if we were raiders we would not be having this conversation. We are actually here on a quest for a missing mare."
[20:06] * Razor doesn't care about intimidating some foals. She wants to be ready for when she has her chance at the costumed freak.
[20:06] <TenMihara|GM>  The colt nods and then asks; "Ya here to make the final leg of the pilgrimage?"
[20:06] * The_Batmare tilts her head, "I don't understand..."
[20:06] * Purple_Kay "No."
[20:06] <TenMihara|GM>  The colt nods; "Ya here to adopt somepony?"
[20:07] * Purple_Kay "We aren't here for that." The thought of it makes him scowl a bit.
[20:07] * Purple_Kay (the pilgrimige, not adoption)
[20:07] * Jake_Juice shakes his head "Uh, no. We're looking for somepony's sister. Was suppossed to come here, lives in flank but never did come back for some reason."
[20:08] <TenMihara|GM>  The colt nods; "I heard ya, I just gotta get the standard question out of the way. Markers don't know nuttin bout nuttin."
[20:08] <TenMihara|GM>  *questions
[20:08] * The_Batmare "No, we are not here for adoption."
[20:11] * Razor lets the other ponies do the talking. She isn't even sure why they're out here, only that there's caps at the end.
[20:11] <TenMihara|GM>  The colt then points to the church itself; "Any other business, ya should go talk to Priest then. He runs the sermons and keeps tabs on us, but we Crusaders run the town itself. You start trouble and you'll get so full of lead it'll make your corpse twenty pounds heavier."
[20:12] * The_Batmare nods, "Thank you young citizen." She heads over to where the colt pointed
[20:12] * Jake_Juice nods "Noted." he trots past the foals and heads for the church.
[20:12] * Razor grins wide and points at The_Batmare. "Keep an eye on that one! She don't know how to keep her nose in her own business."
[20:13] * Jake_Juice rolls his eyes "Save it for later kid."
[20:13] * The_Batmare completely ignores the pyschotic murderer
[20:13] <TenMihara|GM>  The foals pick their weapons back up, holster them, then scamper off. As the group proceeds through the small shanty town, they see that it's inhabited by nothing but foals in various colours. Mostly earth ponies, with the occasional unicorn. All of them seem to have at least a sidearm on them, and all have matching capes.
[20:14] <Jake_Juice> "Strangest town I've ever been in..."
[20:14] * The_Batmare wonders where they found such fabulous tailors
[20:14] * Purple_Kay trots up after the blue colt... blue colt... he shakes his head and reattaches his smile. "Hey, hold up!"He trots after the scampering foals.
[20:15] * Jake_Juice blinks and watches Purple_Kay. "Huh?"
[20:16] <TenMihara|GM>  The blue colt stops and turns around; "Whatchu want now?"
[20:17] * Purple_Kay "In my experience, it is always good to stay on the guards good side." He grins. "I'm Purple Kay. Where would I find a workbench. I'm good with tools. I could fix some things in exchange for some time to work on my own things."
[20:17] * Razor sticks with PK, watching him and the colt in curiosity.
[20:18] <TenMihara|GM>  The blue colts chuckles; "We can take care of our own gear. However, I think Charity has a workbench in her shop. She might rent it to ya."
[20:18] * Purple_Kay gives a quick nod. "Much obliged. Which shop is hers?"
[20:19] * Jake_Juice shakes his head, then heads into the church.
[20:19] * The_Batmare ignores Purple_Kay and goes to the church
[20:21] <TenMihara|GM>  Inside the Church, Jake_Juice and The_Batmare can see a fairly young (though definitely not a foal) black coated Earth Pony Stallion who's cutie mark matches the rising sun insignia of the church itself. He is presently speaking to another older pony, this one short, stocky and thick limbed. Light blue coat with a sea green mane, purple eyes, and a cutie mark of a harpooned fish in a bilge bucket.
[20:21] <TenMihara|GM>  The blue colt points to Charity's shop; "Just don't -ever- try to welch on a debt to her. She will find you, and she will get paid."
[20:22] <TenMihara|GM>  The church interior itself is beautiful, with intact stained glass windows along the immaculately maintain pews
[20:23] * Purple_Kay "Duly noted. I'll check with her after I see what the rest are up to in the Church. Thanks again, Chief." He trots after the rest of the gourp into the church.
[20:23] <TenMihara|GM>  The colt rolls his eyes; "It's Chase. Stupid markers." He then gallops off with the other foals.

[20:23] * The_Batmare walks over to priest and says, "Hello citizen."
[20:23] * Bilge_Water is now known as Bilge_Rat
[20:24] <TenMihara|GM>  The priest looks to the newcomers; "Just a moment please, this gentlecolt was here first." He looks back to Bilge_Rat; "What did you say she looked like again?"
[20:24] * Jake_Juice trots over to the two stallions, staring in awe a bit at the beautiful church. "Scuse' me, was wonderin' if we could take a moment of your time. Name's Jake_Juice, and this lovely lady ere' is The_Batmare."
[20:25] * Bilge_Rat seems a tad dissatisfied with the Priest. "Gold mane, white coat. Dainty frame. Are y' damn sure you ain't-" And then he was interrupted. "Will you landlubbers wait your turn?" He snapped.
[20:25] * Purple_Kay feels a mite uncomfortable in the church. He hangs back and listens from the back.
[20:26] * Jake_Juice blinks "Oh, sure, sorr- wait a minute, you lookin' for her too?"
[20:28] <TenMihara|GM>  Missile_Rush notes that Copper's description was a purple mare with a copper mane
[20:29] * Jake_Juice doesn't remember. Sew me.
[20:29] <Jake_Juice> Sue*
[20:31] * Razor is surprisingly respectful as she follows Kay inside. Something about this place... it reminds her a lot of the days she spent with her mother.
[20:31] * Razor stores her weapon away while she's inside.
[20:32] * Bilge_Rat raises an eyebrow, his thickly corded, if short frame turning to look Jake Juice deep in the eyes. "Lookin' for who exactly?" His voice was low and hoarse, as if tired from yelling.

[20:34] * Razor doesn't even sit with PK, she slowly walks around the edge, looking up at the stained glass.
[20:35] * Purple_Kay sighs and trots forward. "Her name is Copper."
[20:36] <TenMihara|GM>  Rush describes the mare. Priest looks around; "You're talking about Amber's sister, right? Has something happened to her?"
[20:37] * Jake_Juice nods "She came here to visit Amber, never came back to Flank. Caprice wants her found, so, here we are."
[20:38] <TenMihara|GM>  Priest nods; "Yes, I rememeber well. A few years ago they both came here. Their parents were killed in the crossfire of a fight between a pegasus and some raiders. I took Amber in, but Copper was a bit too old, so she set off to find work. She's very kind; donates much of what she earns here. Although... I can't say I like the idea of where she's working."
[20:38] <TenMihara|GM>  Missile suddenly looks nervous
[20:40] * Bilge_Rat pays damn close attention to these ponies. After they were done describing her, he decided, no, that couldn't be the mare. No, she was golden maned, white coated, legs went on forever... He sat there and tried to shake the thought from his head. No good comes from thinkin' about her at a chappy. Stay on an even keel, there, Bilge. "No, that ain't her."
[20:41] <TenMihara|GM>  Priest looks around; "My name is Priest by the way. As for your querey Mister Rat, I am afraid I have not seen a mare of that description. Unfortunately it seems she's not the only mare to disappear recently."
[20:41] * Purple_Kay isn't paying much attention at this point. He's keeping an eye on Razor's odd behavior.
[20:41] * Jake_Juice chuckles "Better than not getting paid at all in'it? Anyways, you wouldn't happen to know anythin' that can help us find her do yah?"
[20:43] <TenMihara|GM>  Priest frowns a bit at Jake_Juice; "I suppose, given that she has a sister to support, but she should have listened when I suggested Megamart. The only thing I can think of is to the southeast. The foals have been on edge lately because we've seen a slightly higher concentration of raiders than usual in that area."
[20:44] * Razor isn't paying attention to anypony. She's thinking of her mother. Trying to figure out why this place reminds her so much...
[20:44] * Purple_Kay 's attention snaps back to priest at the mention of raiders. His bemused smile evaporating into a colf scowl.

[20:45] * Jake_Juice sighs "Damn... well, that's the only lead we've got to work off of so far... yah think talking to her lil' sister might help any? Might be better not to... don't wanna worry her."
[20:46] <TenMihara|GM>  Priest nods; "If I had known something had happened to COpper I would have told her, but if you're trying to find her again, perhaps I can wait until I have more concrete news."
[20:48] * Bilge_Rat puffed a breath out of his nose stiffly. Get only trouble for getting some floozy mare helped only to get you beat or killed. Then again, if he's being stupid now already for her, what's to stop him from trying to save her? "Where's the last time she's been seen at a safe port?"
[20:48] <TenMihara|GM>  Missile Rush runs out, looking panicked
[20:48] * Purple_Kay follows behind, Rush has been good to him.
[20:49] <TenMihara|GM>  Priest raises an eyebrow at Missile, then turns back to Bilge_Rat; "Copper was last seen off by Amber a week ago, heading back to the main road."
[20:49] <TenMihara|GM>  Rush is hyper ventilating; "There's no way... how could it be..."
[20:50] <Purple_Kay> ?me casts his eyes around, looking for the panicked pegasus. "Rush?"
[20:51] <TenMihara|GM>  Rush is leaning against one of the buildings, breathing heavily
[20:51] * Jake_Juice nods "Hrm. Well... if you don't have any better idea on where she could've been take-" he blinks, then turns to look at Rush "Rush?! The hell...?" he shakes his head and turns back to Preist "Sorry... don't know what his problem is... anyways... thanks for everything I guess, unless there's anything else yah know that might help?"
[20:52] * Purple_Kay trots up to him. "Deep breaths. Calm down. What's got ya spooked?"
[20:52] <TenMihara|GM>  Missile looks deeply upset; "I killed them. Copper's parents. It was me!"
[20:53] * Bilge_Rat stares at Rush leaves the room, looking level as always. Stupid. Got a case of the bedlam, that's what he's got.
[20:53] <TenMihara|GM>  Priest shakes his head; "I'm afraid that is all I can offer. My the Goddesses watch over you."
[20:53] * Purple_Kay takes the confession in. He puts a hoof to his shoulder. "He said it was a crossfire, right? You didin't mean to."
[20:54] <TenMihara|GM>  Missile shakes his head; "I was trying to save them. I killed them all. I didn't know who was who. It's still my fault."
[20:55] * Jake_Juice nods at Priest "Thank yah uh, Priest. Was good meetn' yah." he looks at The_Batmare "Well... looks like we might be goin' raider huntin'."
[20:56] * Bilge_Rat rolled his eyes and grunted. "Yeah, yeah. Fair winds and following seas."
[20:56] * The_Batmare looks over at Jake_Juice, "Why? Just because raiders are there doesn't imply involvement. In fact, she shouldn't be in that direction at all to be found by raiders, and its far more likely she was hit by a monster attack, or Eveneration field I have heard about."
[20:57] * Purple_Kay sighs heavily, his shoulders sagging under an invisible weight. "It is, it's a burden you have to bear. Sometimes what we do with the best intentions harms those we love... kills those we love... We have to endure. We have to do better, work to make it right. If we give up, we squander the chance to atone."
[20:57] * The_Batmare "There is zero evidence she is there, and I am not going to hunt other ponies without an actual reason."
[20:57] * Razor hasn't noticed the others leaving. she's still distracted by her thoughts.
[20:57] <TenMihara|GM>  Missile looks to Kay with grim determination; "I have to make this right. I have to save her, now more than ever."
[20:58] * Jake_Juice nods slowly "Yeah, yeah, I know. But what else do we have to go on hun'?" he sighs. "It's possible she got ambushed and drug off by em'. Those other things could've happened too." he shakes his head. "There's just too many possiblities to factor in. I'm not quite sure what to do."
[20:58] * Purple_Kay "Damn straight!" He gives an encouraging smile. "I'm with ya."
[20:59] * The_Batmare "We could follow her trail, it was recent enough to trace back the steps she would have taken. Fighting random raiders because they /happen/ to exist in the same city that a single mare dissapeared is simply insane."
[21:00] <TenMihara|GM>  Missile nods slowly; "Maybe then... I can be forgiven."
[21:00] * Jake_Juice nods "I agree with yah on that completely... not much of a tracker though... not anymore at least. I can try I guess."
[21:01] * Doc has totally been following Missile around the whole time.
[21:01] * The_Batmare "It would be more likely to find her by looking at this reasonably instead of running off at the largest danger simply because it exists."
[21:02] * Bilge_Rat looks at the rest of the group there. Okay, so maybe if he snuck up behind them while they traveled. He went over to talk to those ponies outside, looking as if they were some frou frou pre-war support group. Well, it's them, or you get to starve. He heads outside and tries to approach them. "Hey. You going off and trying to find that one Copper floozy?"
[21:02] * Razor is still inside.
[21:02] * Purple_Kay "Forgiveness is hard to earn, but as long as you're right with yourself, that's what we have to work towards. Come on, Let's go back inside. I don't like leaving the Kid out of my sight too long."
[21:03] <TenMihara|GM>  Missile nods, but turns and stops when the rest of the group is on their way out
[21:03] * Jake_Juice nods "Eyeah... wanna try talkin' to her sister? Maybe she knows somethin' we don't?"
[21:03] <TenMihara|GM>  Priest looks to Razor; "They're rather marvelous aren't they? Nothing short of miraculous that they're still intact after nearly two hundred years."
[21:04] * The_Batmare nods, "If nothing else we can find out what direction she left by to continue our search." She goes to leave the church
[21:04] * Purple_Kay walks as silently as he is able into the entryway of the church. He doesn't want to interrupt, but he intends to be nearby.
[21:05] * Razor mutters quietly, "My mother would have liked this place..."
[21:06] * Jake_Juice follows The_Batmare out of the church to look for Amber.
[21:06] * Doc turns back to Missile. "You coming?"
[21:06] <TenMihara|GM>  Priest nods; "Many mothers bring their foals here if they do not have the means themselves to support them. It is pitiable, but understandable in a place as vile as Hoofington. This seems to be the closest thing to sanctuary anypony can offer."
[21:06] * The_Batmare looks at the rest of the group, "We are going to look for the sister for more clues on where the mare could be."
[21:06] <TenMihara|GM>  Missile shakes his head; "I can't see her. Not until we have her sister back."
[21:07] * Razor frowns. "She was a good mare... she only ever wanted the best for me..."
[21:08] * Doc nods slowly. "I see. Well, I can't force yah, so just don't die or anything."
[21:08] * Purple_Kay strangles a snort. Any parent who would allow anything to seperate them from their child deserves a rough death. Anypony lucky enough to have living foals... he grimaces and shakes his head.
[21:08] <TenMihara|GM>  Priest nods; "Such is the ambition of any good mother. In many cases, the mothers that leave their foals here do so to spare them a life that they themselves have had to suffer through. The older foals teach the younger ones what they know. Each one has their own talents, even if they've yet to discover them."
[21:09] * Bilge_Rat looked at Missile with those purple eyes. "What's the plan, then?"
[21:09] * Jake_Juice tilts his head at Missile "Uh, alright then." he looks around for a foal to ask them if they knew where Amber is.
[21:10] <TenMihara|GM>  After asking around, Jake_Juice and the others are eventually pointed to one of the homes. It happened to be right next door to Charity's shop
[21:10] * Jake_Juice goes over to the home and knocks on the door.
[21:10] <TenMihara|GM>  A cute sounding voice responds; "Yes? Who is it?"
[21:12] * Jake_Juice "The name's Jake, I was wonderin' if I could talk to Amber? It's important."
[21:13] <TenMihara|GM>  The door opens and an amber coated filly with a brown mane steps out. Her facial features look much like the picture of Copper from back at Rooms'. "I'm Amber," says the unicorn filly, setting down a pair of knitting needles she was levitating.
[21:14] * Razor turns to look at Priest for just a moment, then turns back to the stained glass. "I miss her."
[21:14] * The_Batmare smiles and nods, "Hello citizen."

[21:19] * The_Batmare "I'm sure she's fine sweetie, she probably just got lost. We just need to know a few things so we can help her find her was back."
[21:20] <TenMihara|GM>  Amber looks on the verge of tears; "Sh-she went to Megamart. Said she was gonna get me a really nice present."
[21:20] * Purple_Kay trots in and clears his throat, trying to look like he hasn't been evesdropping. "Hey... Kid. We're probably going to end up staying over. We should find out where we can bed down."
[21:21] * Jake_Juice winces a bit... he knew this must be hard for her.He sits down and puts a hoof on the filly's shoulder. He smiles. "Thanks kiddo... don't worry... we'll get your sister back... one way or another. If you can remember anything else, please tell us... if not, we'll do our best."
[21:22] * The_Batmare looks over at jake and sighs. he was doing it all wrong, she was trying to make it seem like not a big deal, while Jake was being serious about it...
[21:22] * The_Batmare "She's just a little bit late, she's fine. We just are making sure she didn't get lost."
[21:22] * Jake_Juice isn't used to dealing with kids, pretty obvious isn't it?
[21:23] <TenMihara|GM>  Amber starts crying; "She has to make it to my birthday! I'm turning ten this year!"
[21:23] * Razor closes her eyes. This is a pretty emotional subject for her. She nods slightly. "Y...yeah."
[21:23] <TenMihara|GM>  As Amber cries, the door swings open and two armed foals step in; "Hey, who made Amber cry!"
[21:23] <TenMihara|GM>  Rush is just kinda hanging back, away from Amber
[21:24] * The_Batmare looks over at the two foals, "We're sorry, it's just a misunderstanding. Her sister is later and we're looking into where she could be. Nothing to worry about I'm sure."
[21:24] <TenMihara|GM>  Priest nods and  turns to Purple_Kay; "I go not mind allowing you to take sanctuary here for the night, given your noble goal."
[21:24] * Jake_Juice winces and looks at The_Batmare, then blinks and looks at the foals. "Hey, woah, easy now... just tryin' to help her out."
[21:24] * Doc can't take that, no sir. She steps forward, comforting Amber. "There there. It'll be fine, we'll find her, don't you worry, ok?"
[21:24] <TenMihara|GM>  The foals seem unconvinced; "We didn't know something happened to her sister. Copper's a real nice pony; what happened?"
[21:25] * Bilge_Rat shrugs and leaves it to the rest of the group to fill her in. He didn't know himself.
[21:25] * Jake_Juice shakes his head. "We're not sure. We're trying to find her."
[21:26] <TenMihara|GM>  Amber wails; "She's all I have left! She can't be gone!"
[21:26] <TenMihara|GM>  Amber sniffles; "She looked after me when Momma and Daddy went to be with Celestia and Luna."
[21:26] * The_Batmare looks betweent hem all, "She's not gone, everyone is taking this out or proportion. She's just late and we're making sure she didn't get lost."
[21:27] * Bilge_Rat stares very evenly at Amber. "She ain't dead, she's gone. She ain't dead 'till there's proof she's dead. Alright?"
[21:27] * Purple_Kay trots up to Priest. "We appreciate the hospitality, don't see too much of that. Where should we stay? I assume not here in the santuary..." He is visibly off-put by the large room."
[21:27] * Jake_Juice winces again, then takes a step back. "Yeah... like I said, we don't know where she is, we're just lookin' for her kiddo."
[21:27] * Doc nods. "Shh, I know, I've been there too, just I never had somepony to look after me. Everything will turn out just fine, you hear?"
[21:28] * The_Batmare looks between them all and thinks they're all insane. Stop talking about death and stuff!
[21:28] <TenMihara|GM>  Amber just continues crying.
[21:28] <TenMihara|GM>  The armed ponies brandish their weapons; "Alright markers, that's enough. Out. Out."
[21:29] * The_Batmare teleports out of the room and looks very annoyed at the idiots she had to work with.
[21:30] * Jake_Juice backs off out of the room "Right then..."
[21:30] * Doc leaves Amber, reluctantly, and joins the others outside.
[21:30] <TenMihara|GM>  The colts clam the door in the party's face and then make their own attempts at comfort

[21:31] * Bilge_Rat lowered his eyebrows. What? He was saying she might be alive. Fuckin' landlubbers break at a stiff look. He grunts, then turns right as the door slammed in his face. Sure, slam that door. See where that gets you. He looked rather bitter. "Next bright idea?"
[21:31] * The_Batmare glares dagger at Bilge_Rat, "Why did you even bring up the possibility of death. I was trying to make it seem like it wasn't a big deal so the foal didn't worry." She looks at all of them. "We should have treated it like it wasn't a big deal, like it was something we always did. Not like its of grave importance we find out right now. You've scared the foal half to death."
[21:33] * Jake_Juice hangs his head a bit and rubs the a hoof through his mane "My bad... not exactly used to deliverin' bad news to foals. Much less talkin' to em' at all."
[21:34] * Bilge_Rat stared at The_Batmare. Fucking hell, now he was being chewed out about it? "I said that she ain't dead 'till there's a corpse been seen. No corpse, no proof, not dead yet. That's the only damn comfort to be gotten." Hell, only real comfort he had.
[21:36] * The_Batmare "Nopony else even mentione death until you brought it up. You made it an issue, you made her think it was an option, and that is only going to scare a foal." takes a deep breath to calm herself down. "Its fine. Fine. Just next time when talking to foals, use tact." She closes her eyes. "Megamart, we know she went in that direction. We can follow that road and look for
[21:36] * The_Batmare signs of what could have happened, and then ask at Megamart if she has been seen."
[21:37] * Razor takes a moment to steel herself. Despite how she might act like she doesn't trust or care about other ponies, it's clear she loved her mother very much.

[21:37] * Purple_Kay is still speaking with Priest about where they should sleep. He's giving Razor plenty of room to compose herself.

[21:39] * Bilge_Rat grumbles to himself. Tact? Tact is the spongy speech that don't have anything hard behind it. Not worth saying something unless you had something worth saying. "... Sounds right."
[21:41] * The_Batmare "For now it is too dark to adaquetly search, so we should do so first thing in the morn'"
[21:41] * Purple_Kay "Good, which is it?"
[21:42] <TenMihara|GM>  Priest indicates the larger structure a few homes down.
[21:43] * Jake_Juice nods and rustles around in his bags, pulling out a thing of cram and nomming it.
[21:43] * Purple_Kay "Thank you." He stands nervously waiting for an indication Razor is ready to go.
[21:44] * Razor mutters a quiet "Thank you." to Priest and gets ready to follow behind Kay.
[21:44] * Bilge_Rat pops his own can of Cram. He's used to eating this stuff, when the ship don't catch nothing. It isn't that bad, you just have to force it down and not try to actually taste the stuff.
[21:46] * Doc pulls out an apple, munching on it.
[21:46] * Purple_Kay leads the way out, a little hurriedly. "What do ya think, Kid? The shop or the guesthouse first?"
[21:48] * Razor is still not quite fully composed. "I... I dunno."
[21:49] * Purple_Kay "Alright, shop first. Then we can go to the guesthouse and get comfortable." He leads the way toward Charity's shop.
[21:50] <TenMihara|GM>  Charity's shop is small, but it looks to be rather well off.
[21:50] <TenMihara|GM>  Purple_Kay might have a bit of trouble getting through the door without crouching
[21:51] * Purple_Kay crouches down, a seam giving way with a loud rip. Great first impression ol' timer.
[21:52] <TenMihara|GM>  Purple_Kay is greeted by a filly of no more than five, who looks like she shouldn't be talking as sternly as she does. "You damage my ceiling and it'll cost you."
[21:53] * Purple_Kay grins a bit. "As long as you don't sell china, I should be ok." He makes his way carefully into the store. "Chase said you had a workbench here. I was hoping to work out a deal to use it."
[21:54] <TenMihara|GM>  Charity nods; "What are you doing and how long will it take?"
[21:54] * Razor takes a deep breath and follows PK inside.

[21:54] * Bilge_Rat follows Purple_Kay. Luckily for him, his legs were a bit shorter than most.
[21:55] * Jake_Juice trots over to The_Batmare "Yah hungry? I could start a fire, cook up some of the meat we got from those mole rats if yah ain' got nothin'."
[21:55] * The_Batmare doesn't mather following, she just waits outside. Until Jake_Juice says something, "Are we allowed to start a fire in town?"
[21:55] * Purple_Kay "An hour, two tops. I'm willin' to match time working on anything you need repaired."
[21:56] <TenMihara|GM>  Charity shakes her head; "We take care of that ourselves. You wanna use my bench, ten caps an hour."
[21:56] * Jake_Juice shrugs "Dunno, would start it somewhere out of the way, probably on the outskirts, ask for Priest's permission first. Just makin' sure you're not goin' hungry hun'."

[22:01] * The_Batmare "That depends, but likely yes. I do not know the rooftops here, and I wouldn;t want to risk the structural integrity of the buildings."
[22:01] * Bilge_Rat forces a puff of air through his nose. Oh, this little one is aiming to piss him off. Not that he couldn't blame her, given the place.

[22:02] * Purple_Kay "You'd take my last cap?" He gives her big sad eyes.

[22:03] * Jake_Juice chuckles "Alright... just checking. Just cause' you're used to sleepin' alone outside, doesn't mean it still ain't dangerous to do."
[22:05] * Purple_Kay "Well then, I suppose I best pay up. I'll be back after we get settled in the guest house." He fishes out his caps and a bottle of glue. "Don't lock me out now, I'll be back."
[22:06] * Bilge_Rat looks at Purple_Kay and attempts to get the location of the guest house out of him. "I
[22:06] <TenMihara|GM>  Charity nods; "I live here anyways."
[22:06] <TenMihara|GM>  Charity slips the caps into a register and puts the Wonderglue with some other bottles on a shelf. Notably, she was charging 10 caps per bottle.
[22:07] * Bilge_Rat "I'll take first watch." He said in that gruff tone. Better make yourself useful. Don't want the captain flogging you again, he thought instinctively.
[22:07] * The_Batmare "I am aware, and I take caution to sleep above the ground, but I do not know the town well enough to attempt that."
[22:08] * Purple_Kay carefully makes hiw way out of the store and heads toward the guest house. He needs to get a hold of Razor's armor somehow... maybe she'll go to sleep quick.
[22:08] * Jake_Juice chuckles and shakes his head "Well, we best start lookin' for a place to sleep then huh?"
[22:09] * The_Batmare "PK seems to know where he is heading."

[22:10] * Jake_Juice blinks and looks over at PK "Ah, so he does." he trots after PK, catching up to him. "Hey..." he looks at the guest house "This where we're stayin' tonight?"
[22:11] * Purple_Kay nods. "Yep, guest house. Free of charge since we're looking for the Copper."
[22:12] <TenMihara|GM>  Missile just goes inside and curls up, not really sleeping, but not seeming very receptive at the moment
[22:12] * Jake_Juice "Heh, nice. Priest said there was somewhere to trade nearby didn't he?"
[22:12] * Bilge_Rat looks it up and down. Ten to one says someone shat in one of those beds. "Pretty sure a guest house is free of charge usually." Thus, guest house.
[22:12] * Purple_Kay leads the way into the guest house and looks around. Priest didn't mention any other visitors staying there, but he didn't say otherwise.
[22:12] * Purple_Kay nods and motions back where he came from. "Charity over there runs their shop."
[22:13] <TenMihara|GM>  The Guest house isn't too bad really; most of the beds are foal sized, but there's a good hald dozen meant for larger ponies.

[22:13] * The_Batmare wonders if there are any rafters she could sleep on
[22:13] * Doc wants some clouds, she hasn't slept on one of those in a looooong time. But, like always, a normal bed would suffice.
[22:14] * Purple_Kay looks at the beds. Never a Primcess Size bed around. He wonders how many beds it would take to get comfortable.
[22:14] * Jake_Juice nods "Thanks, I'll be back." he nods to The_Batmare "Goin' to sell some of this junk we got from the raiders if possible. Won't be too long." he heads towards the building PK pointed to.

[22:16] * The_Batmare loots to see if there is a rafter she can sleep on, or something high and hard. She simply can't sleep on soft bedding

[22:16] * The_Batmare doesn't think that is nearly hard eough, maybe an attic...
[22:16] * Bilge_Rat wondered if there were any hammocks. Something worth sleeping in wasn't worth nothing if that was all it couldn't also catch fish. He began to stand back behind the door, retrieving a long, sharp harpoon from his back with a chain connected to the base leading into his saddlebag.
[22:18] * Razor finds the nearest bed and makes herself comfortable. She takes out some of her recently purchased food and water and makes a meal out of it.
[22:18] * Purple_Kay "All in all, not bad." He looks over to Razor sprawled on the bed, eating. "Alright, Kid. That armor is swiss cheese. Give it to me so I can mend it. Gotta modify mine to fit anyway."
[22:18] <TenMihara|GM>  No attic, one storey
[22:19] * The_Batmare will just sleep on the table then.
[22:21] * Razor looks over at PK. She has to think about it before she complies, wriggling out of her armor. She feels kinda exposed without it.
[22:21] * Purple_Kay take it. He considers making a joke about the smell. He thinks better of it... He likes his limbs attached.

[22:23] * The_Batmare goes and lies down on the table, because apparently finding an elevated hard place to sleep was difficult in chapel.
[22:24] * Jake_Juice opens the door to Charity's and trots over to the counter.
[22:24] * Doc is curled up in one of the beds, her fedora hanging up on the end post, glasses sitting neatly on the floor.
[22:24] * Purple_Kay he makes his way back to Charity's, their armor in hoof. He nods to the filly as he passes carefully behind Jake. He makes his way over to the workbench and starts disassembling the two raider suits for materials. He puts the smaller spikes off to the side.

He hmms, then puts his old 32. on the conter with the rest of the stuff. "My old gun too... any caps or healing supplies you have would be great. Can't exactly find Amber's sister if my group gets ambushed and bleeds to death

[22:33] * Razor finishes her meal and rests on the bed she's chosen.
[22:36] * Purple_Kay makes quick work out of the patchjob on his own armor. Reinforcing a few seams, lengthening the legs, taking it in at the waist and letting out the shoulders. Patchwork, but form fitting. Good enough, and he saves a bit of time. He dives into repairing Razor's armor. He takes more care in reinforcing it, trying his best to make it look sleek. He takes it in a bit where he noticed it was a little too loose. He learned a
[22:36] * Bilge_Rat keeps his silent watch. He silently wonders what their names might be, but he's learned to shut up and keep to himself alright.
[22:36] <TenMihara|GM>  Charity looks over the junk. "Hundred sixty for the lot. The gun I can use, but most of the rest of that is just gonna get scrapped for materials."
[22:37] <Purple_Kay> He learned a few things about fitting armor a long time ago. With the bit of time he has left he grabs an assortment of small spikes. He figures the difference between the Raider look and just intimidating is size and symmetry. He rings the cuffs with small matching spikes and uses some of the larger spikes to trace a line down the suit's spine. He's rather proud of his work as he holds it up. She should like it. He cracks a
[22:37] <Purple_Kay>  smile. "It's prickly, just like her."
[22:39] * The_Batmare is quite uncomfortable. The table wasn't really high enough, it was discomforting...
[22:40] * Jake_Juice smiles and nods "Not a bad deal little filly, I'll take it." he hooves over the stuff and takes the caps. "Nice town yah got here by the way... never though I'd see a town almost completely made up of kids."
[22:41] <TenMihara|GM>  Charity nods; "Markers are morons. Healing Potions are fifty caps apiece, but there's nice and undiluted."
[22:42] * Jake_Juice chuckles "Yeah... I'd have tah agree with yah on that one. Fifty caps eh? Undiluted too... I'll take three of em'." he hooves back 150 caps across the counter.
[22:46] <TenMihara|GM>  Charity smiles; "Pleasure doing business with you. Good luck with Amber's sister; she's not too bad for a Marker."
[22:48] * Jake_Juice smiles back at Charity, holding out his hoof to her. "The pleasure is all mine kid, and thanks."

[22:51] <TenMihara|GM>  Purple_Kay finishes his work inside an hour. Charity looks a bit disappointed. An minute over and she'd have charged him for the next hour too
[22:53] * Jake_Juice smirks "Touche'. Have a good night Charity." he shakes her hoof then trots out and into the guest house. When he sees that The_Batmare is laying on a table he facehoofs... then trots over to a nearby bed, pulls the blanket off of it and puts it over The_Batmare. He stares at her for a moment, then smirks and shakes his head, trotting back over to a nearby bed and laying

[22:55] * Bilge_Rat is still sleeping.
[22:55] <TenMihara|GM>  Razor wakes up to find Purple_Kay's work sitting at the foot of her bed
[22:56] * The_Batmare did not sleep well at all . Needed higher tables
[22:56] * Doc is sleeping adorably, all curled up in her bed.
[22:56] * Purple_Kay is still asleep, He's pulled two of thi foal sized beds nest to an adult sized bed for his legs. It doesn't look entirely comfortable.
[22:56] * Jake_Juice wakes up yawning sleepily.
[22:58] * Razor wakes up to find Purple_Kay's work sitting at the end of her bed.
[23:00] * Purple_Kay is hit by a shaft of light, he rolls away from it. Unfortunately there are no foal-sized beds on the other side and he rolls to the floor in a tangled heap.
[23:00] * Razor puts it on immediately. She feels exposed without it on. She's pretty pleased with the result.
[23:01] <TenMihara|GM>  The foal who was overseeing the Guest house had been asleep by the time the group arrived, but is woken up in a bed on the far side by Purple's Thud. "Five more minutes."
[23:02] * Bilge_Rat very suddenly bolts up at the tick of six in the morning, to the sound of the foal's voice shuffling. "ATTENTION ON DECK! Pony the deck and..." He drifted back to a stupor, and almost falls back asleep before slapping himself back awake.
[23:02] * Purple_Kay struggles, quietly, to free himself.
[23:03] <TenMihara|GM>  The foal gets up and yawns blearily. "Wha... who're you guys?"
[23:03] * Doc snaps awake. "Hubuzzahenclavewhere!?"
[23:03] <Doc> "Oh..."
[23:03] * The_Batmare grumbles and slides off the table, "Don't yell in the morning." She look around. "Alright once everyone is awake we need to search the road to megamart for clues." She then noms on some mac'n'cheese breakfast
[23:04] * Purple_Kay looks up at the foal from within the cocoon of sheets. "The Ghost of Hearthswarming Past?"
[23:05] <TenMihara|GM>  The colt yawns again; "Oh. Well, come back in a few months then; you're early."
[23:05] * Purple_Kay snorts. "That's what she said." He suddenly snaps his mouth shut... that wasn't supposed to slip out.
[23:05] * Doc grumbles, putting on her glasses and fedora and swinging out of bed. "Mornin'."
[23:06] <TenMihara|GM>  The colt just blinks; "Anyways, I'm Sweet Dreams." He yawns again; "How long you stayin' for?"
[23:06] * Jake_Juice slides out of bed and lets out a big yawn.
[23:07] * Purple_Kay decides to carry out the rest of the conversation from his current position. "Hopefully we'll be back this evening. If we find who we're looking for."
[23:07] * Bilge_Rat grumbles. "Sorry, sorry. Force of habit." If you didn't get up and at your station before seven on Captain Salt's boat, you get keelhauled. In radioactive water.
[23:08] * Jake_Juice rubs his eyes and trots over to The_Batmare "Didn't sleep well?"
[23:09] * Razor looks pretty manacing in her spiky armor. She likes it. She's grinning as she goes to tug Kay out of his warm and fuzzy prison.
[23:09] <TenMihara|GM>  Sweet Dreams curls up in his bed again
[23:10] * The_Batmare shakes her head at Jake_Juice, "I'm not sued to sleeping so close to the ground... which sounds strange even as I say it..." She pauses and adds, "Thank you for the blanket, it assisted."
[23:10] * Purple_Kay gratefully accepts the help. Disentangling himself isn;t a strongsuit of his, what with the constricting tightness rpesented by the scar tissue covering the front half of his body.
[23:12] * Jake_Juice smiles at The_Batmare "So you were awake when I put that on you then hmm?" he chuckles "Don't mention it hun'."
[23:13] * Purple_Kay , upright and sheet-free, dons his newly fitted armor and starts the labourous process of sinching his battle saddle in place.
[23:14] * Bilge_Rat gets out of his bed, still in his oddly smooth and corded armor, and proceeds to do his morning routine. Water, food, already dressed. No dishes to wash, no chamber pots to empty out, the ship- he wasn't on the ship anymore. Right. It's a good day. "... Get up, get up. Megamart waits for nopony." He said, stepping outside and doing a few stretches.
[23:14] * Doc goes over to where Missile had curled up, and shakes the other pegasus awake.
[23:15] * The_Batmare "Okay, I will not. Thank you none the less." She looks around and looks at her armour, it was getting kind of hole-y...

[23:17] * Razor is still grinning. She says to Purple_Kay, "You did nice work! I like it!"
[23:18] * Purple_Kay smiles. "I'm not as good as... Well... I think I did ok. I'm glad you like it."
[23:18] * Jake_Juice looks over The_Batmare's outfit. "Eh... yeah, I see whatchya mean. Maybe PK can fix it up for yah if you ask him?"
[23:19] * Doc grumbles. "Coooooooooooooooffffffffffeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee."
[23:19] * The_Batmare pauses, "To do that I would need to take it off..." She says mostly to herself. "I am sure it'll be fine."
[23:21] * Jake_Juice shakes his head "Can't hide forever hun'... though I don't blame yah."
[23:22] * Purple_Kay fishes out a pack of noodles. He's out of cigarettes, so he figures it's best to substitute one vice for another. He pulls out a collapsible coffee cup and fills it with his canteen. He mixes in some instant coffee.
[23:23] * The_Batmare looks over at Jake_Juice, "You would be surprised."
[23:24] * Doc flips out her own coffee mug, wandering off to find something to boil her water with, because cold coffee is just gross.
[23:24] * Jake_Juice raises an eyebrow at The_Batmare "Oh? And why is that?"
[23:25] * Bilge_Rat sits outside the guest house and tries to get a passerby to give him the direction to the Megamart in question.
[23:25] <TenMihara|GM>  There's a hotplate in the corner on a small table
[23:25] * Razor fishes out some of her own food and water and makes a meal of it.
[23:25] <TenMihara|GM>  a passing foal indicates the direction to Megamart. East from Chapel for about an hour and a half along the mane road
[23:26] * Doc sets about boiling her own coffee. Mmmmm, coffee.
[23:26] * The_Batmare "That is the incorrect question." She looks around, "Are we all ready?"
[23:27] <TenMihara|GM>  Missile is more than ready
[23:27] * Jake_Juice blinks "Hmm..."
[23:27] <Jake_Juice> "Well what is the correct question?"
[23:29] <Jake_Juice> "And yeah, I'm ready hun'."
[23:29] * Doc waits until the water is just the right temperatue, boiling hot, before pouring the mix in and picking up the mug, letting the steam wash over her face, taking a big whiff of it. "Mmmmmmm."
[23:30] * The_Batmare "I can't tell you Jake." She leans against the wall. These ponies were so bad at waking up
[23:31] <TenMihara|GM>  Missile is up and raring to go
[23:31] * Jake_Juice "And why might that be hun'?" he pulls out a thing of dirty water and begins to drink it.
[23:31] * Doc sips her coffee. She's ready!
[23:32] * Razor 's been ready since she was just a filly! Bring it on!
[23:33] * Purple_Kay finishes his breakfast, collapses his cup, and stows his gear. He's ready to head off.
[23:33] * The_Batmare "Being vague is what I'm best at." She leaves the house and starts towards the Megamart road
[23:34] * Jake_Juice shakes his head and rolls his eyes. He trots after her as he finishes his drink.
[23:35] * Bilge_Rat nods at The_Batmare and then started off behind her. Didn't like the costumed bitch, really. But, whatever. Means justify the ends.
[23:35] <TenMihara|GM>  The group is watched by a few of the foals wandering about as they leave
[23:36] * The_Batmare is apparently not well liked because she does that whole good karma thing that tends to piss Hoofington off until it starts chucking boats at you.
[23:36] <TenMihara|GM>  One of them, recognizeable as the colt who tried to comfort Amber, glares at them.
[23:36] * Doc flies along, finishing her coffee.
[23:36] <TenMihara|GM>  Missile flies alongside Doc
[23:37] * Doc offers some of her coffee to Missile.
[23:37] <TenMihara|GM>  Missile declines
[23:38] * Jake_Juice trots alongside The_Batmare. Because flying is overated.
[23:38] * Doc shrugs, and slugs the rest of it.
[23:38] * Purple_Kay keeps pace beside Razor. The armor really is intimidating, if he did say so himself.
[23:38] * Razor agrees. It's very intimidating.
[23:39] * The_Batmare leaves to the megamart road. Whilst on the road she looks for any signs of a stuggle or something indicatave of a mare vanishing on it
[23:45] <TenMihara|GM>  The_Batmare is unable to find anything obvious, mainly because everything is obvious. The main road is littered with signs of struggles; it was probably a big target for raiders because of its central location and high traffic.
[23:46] <TenMihara|GM>  However, Razor knows the kind they're looking for better than The_Batmare, because she's spent more time among that kind, rather than above them. Amidst the various bits of struggle along the highway, she stops at one in particular.
[23:49] <TenMihara|GM>  Razor can almost smell the lecherous intent. At least three raiders against one mare who's chief skill was not something useful for defending herself. There were no bullet casings, no signs of a struggle, because somepony had been jumped before she realized what had been happening
[23:53] * Purple_Kay watches Razor intently study a seemingly mundane patch of road. "What is it, Kid?"
[23:53] * Bilge_Rat looks at Razor. What was with that weird mare?
[23:54] * Doc frowns. Something wasn't right.
[23:54] <TenMihara|GM>  Missile stops in mid-air; "What's the hold up?"
[23:56] * Razor takes a moment before she responds. "Here. Somepony was taken. She had no chance." She pauses. "It could be the one we're trying to find."
[23:56] * Purple_Kay "Which way did they take her?"
[23:57] <TenMihara|GM>  Near this particular patch of highway is an offramp
[23:59] * Razor takes another moment to study the markings on the road. After puzzling through it, she nods with satisfaction, and starts to head in the right direction. "This way!"
[00:00] * Doc follows Razor from the air.
[00:00] * Purple_Kay slinks along after her... well... what passes for slinking to him. He keeps his eyes peeled for any surprises in the distance or under foot.

[00:01] * The_Batmare "Okay."
[00:01] * Bilge_Rat pops his neck and retrieves his harpoon. He had that itch on his forehoof that said there was about to be a little excitement. Maybe not a little.
[00:03] <TenMihara|GM>  Heading onto the off ramp, the group can see that this particular exit leads to a roadside motel. The building was three stories tall, decrepit, and marked with painfully obvious graffiti.
[00:05] * Purple_Kay "Well, that's not ominous. But it looks like a place we'd find an abducted mare."
[00:05] <TenMihara|GM>  All of the windows are boarded over, and there's no way to see inside
[00:05] * Jake_Juice nods "Indeed."
[00:06] * Purple_Kay "I don't relish the idea of going in the front door. Any ideas?"
[00:06] * The_Batmare goes into stealth mode, dun dun dun
[00:07] * Bilge_Rat popped his knee joints. Here we go. He looks up. "Don't suppose we have a rooftop exit?"
[00:07] * Jake_Juice looks over the building... "Fliers could look for a way in through the roof maybe... other than that... I dunno."
[00:08] <TenMihara|GM>  The_Batmare is sadly not as sneaky as she might like to be
[00:08] * Purple_Kay scans the roof from their position. Boarded windows could work both ways. If there wasn't a presense on the roof or outside, pegasi might not be seen.
[00:10] <TenMihara|GM>  Purple_Kay sees nothing at all
[00:10] * Doc hmms, scanning the area as well.
[00:10] * Razor stays back a bit from the building. She looks at Purple_Kay, waiting for him to give her some kind of direction.
[00:10] <TenMihara|GM>  Doc and MIssile scar the roof, and see no signs of activity atop the building.
[00:11] * Doc lands on the roof, taking out her shotgun. "All clear up here."
[00:11] * Purple_Kay doesn't see anything. He tries to gauge the distance to the building.
[00:12] <TenMihara|GM>  The building is presently 300ft away from those on the ground
[00:12] * The_Batmare wonders if there is roof access
[00:13] <TenMihara|GM>  There is nothing presently intact on the roof. The roof itself does not look too Stable to be standing on for a long period of time
[00:13] * Purple_Kay snorts. He talks, mostly to himself but loud enough to be heard, "I don't like it... why don't they have lookouts... Maybe they don't need lookouts... something else then?  Mines, alarm... what?"
[00:13] * Doc frowns, opting to hover over it instead.
[00:14] * The_Batmare "Looks like a trap."
[00:14] * Purple_Kay scowls as he looks for signs of explosives or traps instead of patrolling raiders.
[00:16] <TenMihara|GM>  Purple_Kay sees no signs of traps. Perhaps the raiders thought marking their territory was enoguh to keep away anyone unwanted
[00:16] <Doc> "I wouldn't suggest comin' up here, might cave in if you poke it once or twice!"
[00:17] <TenMihara|GM>  Bilge_Rat sees no signs of traps either
[00:17] * The_Batmare "Look for a back door."
[00:17] * The_Batmare also looks for traps!
[00:17] * Jake_Juice looks for things and stuff.
[00:18] * Purple_Kay "Whaddaya think, Kid?  Feels wrong. Anything jump out to ya as off?"
[00:19] <TenMihara|GM>  Jake_Juice doesn't see anything of particular interest, just more graffitti and no immediate signs of life
[00:19] <TenMihara|GM>  The_Batmare cannot see a back door, but she does notice half a dozen half buried orange disks around the front door.
[00:24] <TenMihara|GM>  Razor doesn't seem to think there's anything wierd beyond the fact that it's obviously a raider hideout
[00:25] * The_Batmare "The front door seem to be mined."
[00:25] * Razor shrugs and shakes her head.
[00:25] * Jake_Juice "Great..."
[00:26] * Purple_Kay "Figures." He tries to spot the mines Batmare points out. "I could try to disarm them, or we could detonate them from here, then jump who comes out."
[00:27] * Purple_Kay "No garauntee they don't do something to Copper if we spook them though..."
[00:27] * Doc nods. "I could drop on them from above..."
[00:27] * Bilge_Rat frowns and squints at the front door. "We don't want to alert the ponies who might have her. If they haven't killed the lass yet, they might if startled."
[00:29] * Purple_Kay sucks his teeth. "Can't say I'm overly confident in my ability to disarm that many mines. But I'm willing to try if that's the plan."
[00:30] * Bilge_Rat frowns. "We could try to open up the boards on a window. Not much quieter, but it's quieter."
[00:31] * The_Batmare "I would try to Teleport inside but I'm not sure I'm able."
[00:31] * Purple_Kay "Whatever the plan, we need to act. THey could be doing anything to the poor girl in there."
[00:32] <TenMihara|GM>  Missile Rush is getting impatient; "We need to stop thinking and start doing!"
[00:34] * Bilge_Rat smirks. "I think I got somethin'. How's th' roof? Is it stable?"
[00:34] * Purple_Kay "Alsright... Bats, you're with me. We'll stalk up to the mines and I'll try and disarm them. Stick close, if it starts beeping, flash us out of there." He looks around. "Unless we have a better plan"
[00:36] <TenMihara|GM>  MIssile_Rush shakes his head; "No, it's not, and there's no way in from there."
[00:37] * The_Batmare looks for a large rock...
[00:38] <TenMihara|GM>  there and chunks of asphault from the cracked highway and offramp

[00:39] * Bilge_Rat taps his head. "Good. Start pilin' dirt on the top. When they come up, we go in and open up a window while they're distracted up top.
[00:39] * The_Batmare grabs a chunk of asphault, "Time may be of the essence, i shall use this ti explod eht emines, and we rush in. Please stand back."
[00:39] * Jake_Juice stands back
[00:39] * Bilge_Rat glares at The_Batmare. "If time was of the essence, we shouldn't'a slept. All we can hope for is that they haven't offed her yet an' think smart."
[00:39] * The_Batmare is not about to do a stuoidly cirutious plan of piling dirt to pregessive weigh something down
[00:40] * The_Batmare ignores Bilge_Rat because who is he and his plans suck. "Unless someone has a better plan in ten seconds this will be the course of action."
[00:41] * Jake_Juice shakes his head "No, go ahead hun.' If there was a better plan I'd think of it, and I'm not seeing one."
[00:42] * Purple_Kay flattens his ears and shuts his eyes. Ready to open them and look for targets of opportunity after the blast.
[00:43] * Bilge_Rat wrinkles up his nose. Fine then, lass. You don't listen to me, see where it gets you.
[00:43] * The_Batmare throws the asphault to explodinate the mines!
[00:44] * Razor is getting kinda twitchy. She's kinda tired of waiting. She scratches a hoof on the ground. "Come on..."
[00:44] * Bilge_Rat gets behind something and hides.
[00:45] <TenMihara|GM>  BOOM!
[00:45] * Purple_Kay throws open his eyes and scans the building for movement
[00:45] <TenMihara|GM>  One of the mines goes off
[00:45] * Jake_Juice shields his eyes from the blast a bit, then draws his gun, pointing it at the entrance.
[00:46] <TenMihara|GM>  after getting hit with the chunk of asphault
[00:46] * Doc frowns. "Well, that was underwhelming."
[00:46] * Jake_Juice doesn't do that then
[00:46] * The_Batmare "I was hoping for a chain reaction..."
[00:46] * The_Batmare chucks more!
[00:47] * Bilge_Rat "We all hope for fairer winds. Shut up and get behind something."
[00:48] <TenMihara|GM>  Five more throws and The_Batmare detonates all six mines. None of them were quite close enough to the door to knock it inwards
[00:48] * The_Batmare "Alright, here's what we do, line up along the walls, Razor opens the door. So we are not shot imeditaly."
[00:49] * Purple_Kay waits and watches. "Damn... if they aren't going to check the noise, then they have probably dug in."
[00:49] <TenMihara|GM>  There is no visible sign of movement. Then again, the walls and window boards are opaque
[00:49] * Bilge_Rat glares at The_Batmare and makes his way to the door and stacks up.
[00:50] * The_Batmare "Or, even better, now that they are looking at the door, we could break in the windows.."
[00:50] * Jake_Juice gets in position at the wall.
[00:50] * Purple_Kay nods, he skulks along the wall to a far window. He pulls out his trusty hammer and looks for the easiest way to pry the boards off with the least noise.
[00:50] <TenMihara|GM>  Missile Rush growls at the Batmare; "We got their attention, so now we go in and get them. This isn't difficult. We need to get to Copper as fast as we can!"
[00:51] * Razor is sick of waiting! She closes in toward the building, hugging the wall. She takes out her weapon, casts her spells on it, and only then opens the door with her telekinesis.
[00:51] * Bilge_Rat grunts. One bad idea after another. Why was he here again?
[00:52] <TenMihara|GM>  The door opens inwards. All the group can see from here is a messed up reception area.
[00:52] * The_Batmare blinks. Okay, the door was open. "Razor, go first."
[00:53] * Razor snorts. "The matter? Scared?" Her words are muffled by the handle of her weapon.
[00:53] * Doc would cock her shotgun, but sadly its not a pump-action.
[00:53] * Purple_Kay realizes the rest of the group has move in through the front. He moves back up to the door. "No offense, but maybe someone more... attentive... should lead the way into the most likely booby-trapped building?"
[00:54] * The_Batmare looks at Purple_Kay, "Okay, you then?"
[00:54] * Jake_Juice steps back "Go right ahead." he was all for having more inbetween him and the baddies.
[00:55] * Razor peers cautiously inside the room. She's mostly looking for safe cover.
[00:55] <TenMihara|GM>  Missle Rush sets down on the ground and readies his rifle
[00:55] * Purple_Kay snorts. At least he has armor now. The saddle-wearing Kay skulks forward, keeping an eye out for tripwires or more mines.
[00:55] <TenMihara|GM>  There's a table and some seats that have been overturned
[00:56] * Doc brings up the rear!
[00:56] * Razor waits for Kay to go in, then follows behind, ducking behind the table.
[00:57] * The_Batmare slinks in looking around nervously, " The table looks like it could have been used as cover."
[00:57] <TenMihara|GM>  Purple_Kay does not see something, but that doesn't stop it from being there. A 'twang' reaches his ears as he sets his first hoof through the door. Then a heavy wooden beam swings in from the inside and bashes him in the face
[00:58] <TenMihara|GM>  As Razor darts inside, she hits the other tripwire on the double wide doors, but since she's moving, the swinging beam catches her in the ass
[00:59] * Bilge_Rat uses the other hoof to retrieve the full length of his chains. He looks, notices the ponies getting whapped, then tries to find what caused it.
[00:59] * The_Batmare "Lots of traps. Exciting."
[00:59] * Jake_Juice winces at as the beam hits PK.
[01:02] * Purple_Kay spits out a globule of blood. He carefully moves forward, while tryng ti keep a better eye ourt for traps
[01:04] * Razor gives a quiet yelp as she's hit by the beam. That hurt.
[01:04] * Doc groans.
[01:05] <TenMihara|GM>  To the left, Razor and Purple_Kay can see what looks like an office, beyond which there's a hallway. There's also a hallway of similar dimentions on the opposite side.
[01:08] * The_Batmare looks around the room. "This is sufficently errie..." She looks for signs of raider activity. Blood, organs, cages. That sort of thing.
[01:09] <TenMihara|GM>  The entirety of the wall that those inside can see is covered with Graffitti and gore. And Gorey Graffitti. Internal organs, splayed torsos and even some severed hooves making a disgusting mobile hanging from the ceiling
[01:10] * The_Batmare ughs and feels her stomach twist, yes this was raider territory. not even terrible creative raiders either.
[01:11] * Razor takes a moment to wait behind the table.
[01:12] <TenMihara|GM>  Perception checks please
[01:12] * Bilge_Rat stoically pushed forward, keeping an eye out for anypony or anything.
[01:12] <TenMihara|GM>  Purple_Kay can hear sounds of shuffling and scraping from the office.
[01:12] <TenMihara|GM>  So can everyone else apparently
[01:13] * Razor can't hear it. She's probably busy being sore.
[01:14] * Purple_Kay skulks toward the office, listening intently as he watches his step. No more tripwires for him!
[01:14] <TenMihara|GM>  There is nothing else outside the office.
[01:14] * Bilge_Rat 's mouth twisted in disgust, moving as silently as possible towards the office.
[01:14] * Bilge_Rat stacks up at the wall of the office.
[01:15] * Purple_Kay puts his ear up against the wall.
[01:15] <TenMihara|GM>  There is an incredibly foul stench permeating the place, but it seems to be at its worst off to the right of the entrance
[01:15] <TenMihara|GM>  Purple_Kay can hear a gun being loaded.
[01:16] * Purple_Kay motions that somepony is inside. He arcs himself across the toom as quietly as he can, lining up with the door ready to put bullets in whoever ison the other side.
[01:16] <Purple_Kay> room*
[01:16] * Bilge_Rat looks at Purple_Kay for confirmation, and ducks so that ponies could prepare to shoot over him.
[01:18] * Razor watches everyone move into position, and takes her own place off to one side of the office door.
[01:18] * The_Batmare whispers, "Get ready..."
[01:18] * Purple_Kay puts what cover he can between him and the door then mimes a door swinging open to Razor.
[01:19] <TenMihara|GM>  There is only the overturned reception area table for cover
[01:19] * Doc readies her shotgun, feeling pretty damn exposed.
[01:19] * The_Batmare readies her bat-kick
[01:19] * Razor nods, and opens the door using her telekinesis.
[01:20] <TenMihara|GM>  The door opens inwards forcibly and hits the interior wall. Immediately a shot is fired, but it just hits the door itself, since nopony came through
[01:22] * The_Batmare runs through the door and prepares a few batkicks depending on who she sees and how much AP it takes!
[01:23] <TenMihara|GM>  As The_Batmare runs through the door, she gets a snoot full of buckshot as she steps on a pressure plate. There is one raider in this room, presumably a lookout, armed only with a small pistol
[01:26] * The_Batmare has had worse, she delivers a series of 4.3, no, four kicks to the jerk
[01:29] <TenMihara|GM>  Two of The_Batmare's blows are probably put off by the staggering buckshot, but she manages one blow to the Raider's chest, and another to his left foreleg.
[01:29] <TenMihara|GM>  The raider staggers back from the impressive blows
[01:32] <TenMihara|GM>  Behind the rest of a group, a large crash can be heard as something is knocked over. Then another something crashes on top of it
[01:34] * Bilge_Rat , after looking behind himself real quick, smirks and gets to work killing off the raiders behind him, moving in to run through the closest.
[01:34] <TenMihara|GM>  "Get back, get back!" Comes a harsh sounding mare's voice from the same direction as the cacophony.
[01:34] <TenMihara|GM>  one of the raiders tryign to get around behind the group trips and falls forward into view of Bilge_Rat
[01:41] <TenMihara|GM>  That Raider gets a harpoon in his chest, then his left foreleg as the hardened sea buck skewers him
[01:42] <TenMihara|GM>  Missile turns on the spot and roars, firing a single shot at the Raider who had already recieved crippling wounds from the harpoon
[01:43] * Bilge_Rat lets loose a wild war cry. "There be invaders comin' after our booty! All ponies on deck!"
[01:44] <TenMihara|GM>  Missile misses
[01:46] <TenMihara|GM>  One of the raiders roars; "Fuck this, just rush 'em!" Then two more come aorund the corner behind the one who had fallen and gotten skewered. One of them opens fire at Bilge_Rat with a 9mm pistol, the other rushes Purple_Kay with a pool cue.
[01:49] <TenMihara|GM>  The raider with the pistol jams her poorly maintained gun on the second shot, and tosses it aside, pulling out a knife. The charger with the pool cue manages to smack Purple_Kay in the ribs, then poke him in the eye with the tip of the cue

[01:51] * Bilge_Rat winces as the raider trots up and aims the pistol towards him and fires. And then it jams. He gave a wicked grin as the pony in front of him resorted to a knife. That's right, bilge. Come to Bilge Rat.
[01:53] <TenMihara|GM>  The wounded raider manages to get to his hooves, tucking the one that had been skewered beneath him, and pull out his own small pistol. He aims at the offending harpooner.
[01:54] * Arcane_Scroll[A] is now known as Arcane_Scroll
[01:57] <TenMihara|GM>  The raider manages two shots to Bilge_Rat's chest
[01:57] * Bilge_Rat feels the wind coming off his sails when he was, in fact, shot. Well, shit. Didn
[01:57] <Bilge_Rat> 't expect that one to live.
[01:59] * Doc grins, bringing her shotgun to bear on the raider shooting at Bilge_Rat. She fires.
[02:00] <TenMihara|GM>  The poorly maintained shotgun blows out its own back, pelting Doc with half the buckshot
[02:01] <Doc> "FUCKING SHIT!"
[02:01] * Jake_Juice winces
[02:03] * Jake_Juice shoots something preferrably now.
[02:03] * Doc just kinda throws the shotgun on the floor and draws her 9mm.
[02:07] <TenMihara|GM>  The raider that The_Batmare cornered smirks as she got hit with the buckshot, now he had a chance to drop her. He fires three shots with his pistol
[02:07] <TenMihara|GM>  Two of the shots hit the wall behing The_Batmare, but one catches the hoof she had punched him with (Right foreleg)
[02:09] <TenMihara|GM>  Jake_Juice manages to finish of the skewered Raider, and puts a couple of nice holes in little miss knifey
[02:10] * Purple_Kay staggers back, putting distance between himself and the stallion attacking him. "You wanna play pool, motherfucker? Your balls, her pocket!"
[02:11] <TenMihara|GM>  Purple_Kay's awesome ONe-Liner is followed up by a not so awesome shot
[02:14] * Razor grins wide. Now we're talking! Party time! She takes out her single dash inhaler and uses it. As she does, a big grin grows on her face. "Ready or not, here I come!" She goes stright for the raider Purple_Kay missed and cuts him to pieces!
[02:18] <TenMihara|GM>  Razor still manages to take off one of Pool Cue's legs.
[02:20] * Razor grins wide when her attack lands. She doesn't care about the missed ones, all she knows is she's unstoppable! "How do you like that!?"
[02:20] <TenMihara|GM>  Pool Cue screams around his weapon, but doesn't drop it
[02:22] * The_Batmare delivers a blistering series of kicks to pea shooter McGee. For great justice!
[02:24] <TenMihara|GM>  The_Batmare's first punch goes wide and smashes into the table that the rigged shotgun was perched on. Before Pea Shooter can laugh at her misfortune, he takes another pair of blows that cave in his chest
[02:29] * Bilge_Rat forces himself to move through the pain, swinging wildly at the incoming knife mare.
[02:31] <TenMihara|GM>  Bilge_Rat does not managed to land his blows on the nimble Raider with her knife. She seems amused
[02:32] <TenMihara|GM>  She's not laughing anymore as he makes a third attack that goes right through her neck
[02:33] <TenMihara|GM>  Missile_Rush attempts to shoot the last Raider standing
[02:33] <TenMihara|GM>  Missile Misses again. He snorts in frustration
[02:35] * Razor is pretty damn quick on her followup! She goes in for the kill on the legless pony!
[02:36] <TenMihara|GM>  Pool Cue totally has 3 legs
