Let me tell you the story, First of all I had a deal with a friend called "iona.kogan" his profile : http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198117318110/

outside steam, so he said I'll give you 400 USD Dollars, I agreed happily. So I opened teamviewer and went on his computer, opened my account there "note : he lives in israel, and I live in Saudi Arabia" so I saw him charging me 400 dollars, after we are done I thanked him alot for his donation and I was happy about it, unfortunately I couldn't use it and I had to wait I guess 7 days, on 12th of October I entered my account, and I noticed a warning from steam support saying :

This account appears to have been used for fraudulent activity.

Steam Support has flagged your account as potentially having been used for fraudulent activities. Please contact Steam Support so that we can assist you.... etc"

I have never faced such an experience in my life so I don't know what to do. he also charged 400 dollars for himself and bought 140 keys for it, 50 dollars stayed in his account as I know and after a while he got also banned and received steam alert,to add the fact that it's his own card/or father's and steam have mistaken banning him, and me a day after him. so tell me, How do I resolve the issue as it says "This account will have restricted functionality until this issue is resolved." ??? I REALLY need an answer already..
