Hello,
Due to clicking a link sent to me on League of Legends by someone who I beleived to be my friend,  I have been keylogged and my equipment on flyff dhas been stolen.  The purpose of this ticket is ultimately to get this person banned, if my items are also returned then that would be even better.
I sent a ticket about this a while ago but was refused my items due to ‘account sharing’, which I assume is your interpretation of me playing from various places around England (e.g. home and university). If this is how you’re going to interpet that, then I don’t know what I can do to change your mind, other than point out that all the places I have logged into are in England (except when I was on holiday in Canada) and that the hacker is either Spanish or Portugese. I have reason to beleive that she might have logged in prior to the hacking, as there was a large gap between when I clicked the link and when my equipment went missing, but I beleive this delay was due to her wanting Scrolls of Unbinding (http://flyff-wiki.gpotato.com/wiki/Scroll_of_Unbinding) so that she could take the most valuable items.  I’m currently in South Africa, but am using my laptop to remotely access my home computer, as it’s slow I have my laptop connected to my home proxy, which is why it may currently appear that I’m accessing my characters from two different countries.
What I can conclusively prove is that she has stolen my equipment, and irrespective of any interpretations or guesswork regarding where I’ve logged in from, nothing will change that fact that she is a hacker.
The following screenshot shows me talking in a player shop, titled ‘T> 40% attack Ele Set +10 for similar RM set’, as I had the only 40% attack elementor set in the server I knew this belonged to me and when I told her I wanted it back she replied ‘really? Make me.’

I’m hopeful that a quick IP check will confirm to you that this market character, ‘Pr0Leech’, is the same person involved in the other screenshots I have.
 I’ve seen shops created by the player ‘Pooksie’ titled ‘Selling ele set view L/O’, and after viewing it noticed they were mine. In an attempt to get my items back myself, I created a level 1 character called Magitook, which is the same name as the Community Manager.
When you see by looking at IP addresses that Pr0Leech is Pooksie, the following screenshots change from proving not only that she has my equipment, but also took it herself.

It’s worth noting that when she did beleive I was Magitook, she made several accusations towards me, even though these are not true I played along with them because I thought this was the best chance to get my items back, and I have no problem with you investigating them accusations and should you need my assistance regarding your investigation just let me know.

From what I’ve gathered, next my sets were sold to Enforce, and when he quit he sold them back to Pooksie. What’s interesting is that the character Pooksie no longer exists, it has been name changed, so when I saw an arcanist in the same guild that Pooksie (and her RM Xenophics) was in I was immediately suspicious.
Sadly, I don’t have a full screenshot for this, as I used ‘snipping tool’ to capture it. Note that Pooksie has been renamed to Priya, and her acknowledgement ‘no thats not enough’ proves this,  as she’s saying that the conversation I had when I was on Magitook with Pooksie doesn’t prove that she’s a hacker, after taking this snip she later said it just proved that she had the equipment. This is true, but as I already said earlier, when you confirm that Pr0Leech and Pooksie are the same it actually does prove that she is the hacker.

I find it hard to believe that anyone could doubt that she is a hacker after seeing all of this evidence, so at the very least she should receive a permanent IP ban.

 Is it worth mentioning about Canada?
Is including this screenshot a good idea? The screenshots when I’m on Magitook prove that trixsta is primera, if they realise that Lux and Nullusia have IPs that also logged onto trixsta it’s weird that one person is talking on 3 accounts at once. Also, it’s clear from what I say that I’m luxerion, and as I’m already pretending to be Trixsta (who has been confirmed to be Primera, who is also talking) it’s weird.
