- U have to do it 50 burpees, 50 squats, 50 sit ups- 40 , 40 ,40- 30 ,30 ,30- 20 ,20 ,20 - 10 ,10 ,10
- No resting, keep going, it will kill you the first week but the gains are killers.
- U said u want chest and abs first, that's wrong u know why?
- Even if u would do 1000 sit ups a day, u won't see them if they are covered by a small layer of fat.
- If u do this workout, u will burn fat like crazy...faster results. The burpees, will get your chest, the squats will bump up
- your testosterone for faster growt, and the sit ups will get your Rectus abdominis muscle more ripped (abs)
- Meanwhile, your also putting up a higher metabolism, resulting in burning fat for the next 48 hours. Even when u play cnr
- u will keep burning small amount of fats.
- Just do the workout verry intense, otherwise it won't work.... if u rest to much, it won't affect ur body as good as it's supposed to be.
