It's a matter of desensitisation. The Holocaust has been made fun of for years now, and even though it was a horrible event, its forever dedicated to history and a majority of people (99%) believe it will never happen again. Rascism, despite it being a current problem, never had to much power because it was all about context, despite its dehumanizing and stereotypical stance. But things like domestic abuse, rape, etc, are so much worse because not only is it just generally not joked about, but it is a big problem that occurs on a daily basis. Not to say that rascism isn't, but with that it's all about context. With domestic abuse, in any fashion its not seen as funny.
