This is a contract between DamnNation, leader of The Damned Nation, currently of The Dark Empire alliance, and longnameislonger, leader of Hello Automatic, of the Terra Grata alliance, for the exchange of commodities and currency. For the one-time fee of $500,000,000 paid by longnameislonger to DamnNation, DamnNation pledges to uphold a daily trade agreement sending 1,000 units of steel to longnameislonger for as long as either leader shall play the game.

 

Failure to uphold this deal by DamnNation will result in the forced repayment to longnameislonger of the $500,000,000 which was originally sent by longnameislonger. Failure to repay this fee within 72 hours of cancellation of the trade agreement will result in DamnNation's eternal damnation at the hands of Terra Grata, or whatever alliance longnameislonger exists in at the present point in time.

 

DamnNation agrees publicly that any military action in recovery of these debts is noble and reasonable, and that any alliance which he should be a member of has no legal precedent to retaliate on his behalf. He also swears publicly to alert any alliance at which he may apply in the future of the existence and conditions of this lien by providing them a link to this public notice.
