As you may have noticed the Chicago Server Node has been offline for over 72 hours.  We at Picklehosting have been in contact with the Datacenter to remedy the problem and there has been a break down of communication between our company and the DC.  The current server has suffered an equipment failure and with that all custom or modded server files have been lost.

We will be creating your Game Servers on our Montreal, CA location which includes better hardware and DDOS protection at no additional cost. We will also be giving you a 1 month credit to help with this transition and downtime. To those customers that have been using the location and are AUS based we will be bringing an Australian server online and will get your services created there. If you have any questions or comments please do not hesitate to contact us via the Support Ticket system and we will answer any and all questions as they come in.
