What qualities do you feel an Officer should display?

An Officer should be capable of being a leader, and he should be skilled himself. If these two things are compatible, then the Officer is worthy.

As an Officer of the SGC, what would you do to ensure that your men followed orders?

If I were to be an Officer, I would tell them one and only one time that they are to follow and obey the rules laid out for you by HICOM. If, in any given situation, this isn't done, punishment will be served.

Would you be willing to make SGC your primary group?

Yes.

If asked by the Commander General or the Director General to lead a operation against fellow SGC, would you?

No. Even if the person is a Commander General, it is my duty as a member of SGC to follow the rules and to respect my comrades. But, if the Commander General/Director does ask of this, I might as well leave the group al together because of its corruptness.

What is your understanding of the Chain of Command?

If I am not mistaken, the Chain of Command is a trusting bond between all HICOM members, that they will have each others backs at times. I am not too familiar with this topic, and it is probable that I am really far off.

What is your understanding of the English language?

The English language was developed as a new way to communicate with others around you in the same/other native lands. This is a very useful tool (since it's a language) and is used much across the world.
