What we do
phoeniX provides a support system and community atmosphere to women who have decided to leave the sex industry. phoeniX is a ministry dedicated to showing the love of Jesus Christ to those who feel trapped in the sex industry. Jesus offers redemption, forgiveness, and grace to anyone who believes and our job is to make that offer available to those who have never heard of it. Regardless of where an individual currently finds themselves in life, we show support, love, and compassion free of judgement or condemnation.
How we do it
Grace and Rachel go to a local strip club on Friday nights and present supplies, gifts, and food items to the ladies working there. They chat with the girls and offer prayer and support. Periodically, Rachel and Grace will invite the women to events outside of the club scene, such as bible study, holiday dinners, afternoon coffee, church services, and other activities. Rachel and Grace are accompanied by a small team of trusted sisters and brothers in Christ, who wait in the parking lot and intercede in prayer.
