Poor Napstablook

Napstablook lied on the floor of his house, he had not talked to anyone in weeks. He had fallen into a depressive episode, he stopped cleaning his house, even though it annoyed him to no end, there was still a stain on his couch from when he spilled his tea, there were clothes strewn across his house, despite being a ghost and only usually wearing a pair of headphones.
 Napstablook got up from the floor, getting tired of watching Mettaton on the television (he wasn't determined enough to change episodes, he had been watching the same episode for a week now) he went up to his refrigerator, and opened it up.
 Napstablook had no drawers in his house, so he kept all of his silverware in his refrigerator. He kept a slice of birthday cake from every birthday he's visited, he combined all of the slices to form a mismatched cake of multiple colors and sizes, the frosting said "Happy Birthday nApSTablo" he hasn't visited enough birthdays to complete his name, but he believed that the cake still completed his life. A smile formed on his face, but his happiness skyrocketed when he heard knocking on the door.
 "Come in, the door's unlocked." Napstablook murmured, the visitor opened up the door, it was revealed to be Toriel. "Hello, Toriel." Napstablook tried to bow, but failed.
 "Hello Blooky." Napstablook cried tears of joy from knowing that he's on the level of friendship to have a nickname "I need a knife, I would tell you why, but it's a long story."
 "I'd love to hear your story, my favorite tv show was cancelled last month, so I've had a lot of time on my hands." Napstablook turned off his television and started picking up the clothes strewn around his house.
 "Well, a while ago, I found this human child, and I've been taking care of him for a while, but he carries this flower around the house with him, and he's been telling the child to steal my knives and hide them from me." Toriel dug through Naptsablook's refrigerator, looking for a knife.
 "I'm sorry, Toriel, I only have forks." Napstablook dumped the clothes he picked up into a recycling bin, he put on the pair of headphones that he lost for a month "There may be a knife in the cake from Sans' party" Toriel listened to Napstablook's advice, and found a butterknife in the slice of cake with a large, purple "S" frosted on it. the knife had the words "I hope you have a skele-ton of fun today!"
 "Thank you, Blooky. If you want, you can come with me, we're making a cake, then you'd have another slice to add to your cake collection." Napstablook looked unsure about accepting Toriel's request.
 "You say there's a human there, I haven't talked to a new person in years, I don't think I'm good with first impressions." Napstablook  was looking through his closet to decide what to wear, there were only two hats in the large closet, a tall, black hat with a red stripe and a carnation sticking out of it, the second hat was a purple baseball cap with a white bill.
 "Don't worry, he's a child, if you tell him your favorite color you'll be his best friend." Toriel walked over to Napstablook and put the tall hat on his head, positioning it so the carnation sticks out to the left "You look good in that hat, Blooky." the shy ghost made up his mind, and decided to go with Toriel.

 As Toriel and Napstablook reached the house, they found the door to be on fire, and a red substance leaking from it.
  "Oh my god, Blooky give me your hat." Napstablook have Toriel the elegant hat, Toriel dashed to a nearby pond and started to pout water onto the door until the raging fire turned into a calm steam. Toriel ran into the house in a panic, with Napstablook following, and found a human child walking around holding a yellow flower in a pot.
 "My child, I'm afraid to ask, but what happened?" Toriel's voice was unstable, as if she was refraining from yelling
 "Flowey found some matches, I tried to put it out with tomato juice, but it got worse. Flowey told me that ignoring the fire would make it better, so I did." the child had a high voice, similar to that of an eight-year-old child, he spoke slowly, but still stumbled on some bigger words like "matches" and "tomato"
 "My child, I'm going to finish the cake, so don't cause any trouble, Napstablook will watch you." Toriel looked to Napstablook "I'm sorry that you have to watch him, I know that you dont enjoy being around with new people, but I think you'll like him." Toriel walked off into the kitchen, leaving Napstablook and the child in alone.
 "Hello, I'm Napstablook." Napstablook tried to bow, but failed again.
 "I do not know how to say that, I'm gonna call you 'Ghost Friend'" the human child put down the flower he was holding "Wait, I forgot, I'm, Frisk" Frisk looked like he had trouble saying his name. There was a silence in the room, until Napstablook broke the ice.
 "My favorite color is red." when Napstablook brought up the topic, Frisk gasped
 "I like red, and green, and blue, and green, and, uh, brown, and blue." Napstablook enjoyed talking to Frisk, and was even envious of his ability to hold a conversation.
 "Children, the cake it officially finished!" Toriel took the light brown cake out of the oven, as Frisk and Napstablook walked into the kitchen, Toriel was frosting the cake to say "Welcome to the Underground Frisk" when Toriel finished, she sat everyone (even Flowey) at the table. Everyone enjoyed the cake, Flowey tried to pretend that he didn't enjoy eating it, but he wasn't convincing anybody, however, Napstablook wasn't eating.
 "Why aren't you eating Ghost Friend, are you allergic?" Frisk tried putting his plate and silverware away, but dropped it trying to set the plate into the sink.
 "Well, the cake looks nice, and I would eat it, and this would sound rude, but, I have no arms."
