The idea to create the LidsLash occurred while on a ski vacation in 2013.  I was doing my best imitation of the family pack mule, lugging my family's skis, poles, and helmets across the lodge after lunch when I dropped something and bent down to retrieve it my sunglasses fell off my knit hat and were stepped on...destroying them.

Think of the LidsLash as an inexpensive insurance policy for your sunglasses that eliminates the need for straps / cables that create the uncomfortable eyewear necklace and instead secure your sunglasses directly to your hat.
