  1. [10] Person: you have to lay down and works best if your extremely tired
  2. [10] Person: you lay on your back with your arms at your side
  3. [10] Person: eyes close and stay still
  4. [10] Person: you have to stay awake thought
  5. [10] Person: your brain will send signals to your body to see if your ready to sleep
  6. [10] Person: you cant itch yourself, move dont blinke or move your eyeballs and your eyes are closed
  7. [10] Person: you have to ignore doing those and after 20-30 minutes you should feel a weight on your chest
  8. [10] Person: you could even hear weird noises. you should be in sleep paralasis
  9. [10] Person: if you open your eyes you will hallucinate "dream with your eyes open:
  10. [10] Person: and wont be able to move your body
  11. [10] Person: that means your body is now aslep and you are aware you are dreaming
  12. and thats it you cant shut your eyes and begin to dream and your aware of what your
  13. dreaming and with practice you can control your dreams better
