6.) Why do you want to join SWAT (100 Words Min): I would like to join Special Weapons and Tactics because this is a UNIT that has a lot of people that I have a lot of respect for. Hard working people that all work towards a common goal. I like to work with a team that have great team cohesion, as well as I would like to be learning new skills as I progress my career through the LSVPD. I like to learn new tactics and ways to prevent situations from developing more than they have to, I think SWAT are very good at what they do, and I would like to be part of the team.

7.) What can you bring to SWAT (100 Words Min):? I think I am an excellent team player, as I am good at taking on board what people are telling me to do, and I can express this with my communication skills, which i also think are above average. Communication is a big part of working with a team such as SWAT, and I intend on showing this if I am successful in my application to join SWAT. I think that my type of calm and collective personality would be good for crisis situations, as I feel like I would be able to calm people down with ease, and be able to solve situations without the possible need of force.

10.) What does SWAT do:? Special Weapons and Tactics are the first people called to deal with crisis situations. Examples of this would be; Hostage Situations, Bank Robberies, Jail Breaks, Officers in distress.
