- When the Deepwater Horizon drilling rig gushed oil for 87 days, the environmental and
- economic impact was far greater than any other marine disaster in the past. The resulting
- sanctions the U.S. government enforced against those involves matched the magnitude of the
- incident; BP was forced to pay 18.7 billion USD in fines; the largest ever total paid by a
- corporation in American history.
- The resulting cleanup was a shamble contrary to BP’s best efforts in collaboration with the
- United States government. Alongside the deaths of 11 BP workers, the disaster made over 4.9
- million barrels worth of crude oil enter the Gulf of Mexico’s beaches, estuaries and wetlands,
- having a drastic impact on marine wildlife, whom are dependent on the Gulf’s food resources
- and habitats in order to survive, as well as the fisheries and other local businesses that were
- reliant on the Gulf’s once bountiful shrimp and fish populations.
- Even 6 years on the effects are still being strongly felt. Although the impact may not be as
- visible as what it was; absorbent boom gates don’t line Louisiana's shores, rampant media
- coverage is no more and native birds aren’t trying to wade through the reddishbrown goop
- that once polluted the shores, wildlife is still being affected. Due to the way the law of
- conservation of mass works, a sizeable portion of the oil that was spilt has simply broken
- down into smaller components. These components are toxic to marine life even in this
- shrunken form and as a result new animals being born in the gulf are often containing a slew
- of genetic flaws and disabilities. Because the oil is no longer visible, BP has made the
- deleterious claim that the Gulf has fully recovered in a 2015 report. As a result, cleanup
- efforts have decreased dramatically, despite the fact that small sheets and balls of tar are
- easily found in eroded mangrove habitats within the Gulf of Mexico. These obvious lies on
- BP’s behalf are a conspicuous attempt to avoid further financial hardship.
- For the last several years BP has been in a number of legal battles regarding the sizeable
- amount of money they must pay due to the spill. They had claimed that attorneys pressuring
- them to pay 2.3 billion USD to owners of fisheries and other small businesses on the gulf had
- greatly exaggerated the amount of people affected. BP was in fact correct, with a large
- number of the names and social security numbers of those who lawyers claimed to be
- impacted were in fact tied to people who had died and even a dog in one instance. Debacles
- such as this can explain the cause behind BP's inability to pay out the mind-boggling total they owe. Although these 'debacles' were all instigated by BP themselves, they were likely an intentional stall on their behalf with the purpose of enabling them to generate enough revenue in the time in which they fight court battles to pay off their debts.
- Although BP have been heavily scrutinised for the disaster, who should’ve taken the blame? Fingers have been pointed all around, ranging from the obvious to even the government itself for reportedly not punishing BP harsh enough for past safety violations, though there is a group who have been overlooked and as a result have been avoiding responsibility all these years; the Jewish nation of Israel.
- It is already widely known that the Jewish people have a frighteningly disproportionate level of power and control over the United States relative to their population. Although Jews only make up an estimated 2% of America, their rich families and dynasties - such as the Rothschilds own the central banks of all western nations in the world, while other Jewish groups are the creators of the American government's secure comms system used in the pentagon - which Israel is almost guaranteed to monitor and their tight grip upon Hollywood and the media is the cause behind a steady flow of Semetic propaganda on our screens and our cinemas This level of utter control the Middle-Eastern nation has over the only superpower left on the globe means that if any country decides to wrong or double-cross Israel, there will be hell to pay.
- But how does all this tie in with the Deepwater Horizon incident of 2010? In order to find out, one must look back at the events of April 19th, 2010 - one day before the spill. In 2010, the celebration of Israel's independance was celebrated on the 19th of April as this is what the Jewish calendar dictated. As a result, all was well and good within the country, until the Obama administration made the unprecedented announcement that the U.S. would no longer automatically support Israel's voting choices within the U.N. security council. This choice made by Washington may have had good intentions, likely with the objective of ending Israeli-Palestinian conflict in the Middle East. Though, because of Israel having a ventriloquist-level of control over the American's, revenge would come swiftly and it just happened to be in the form of the biggest man-made maritime disaster in history occuring on American shores. The way Israel executed this though is still a mystery. Although their homeland has a very capable navy, with stealth submarines able to destroy the drilling rig undetected. They could've also used the U.S. military to blow it up under the government's noses as well; the American military does serve as the pawns of Israel, after all.
- Some may label these claims as outlandish, though it is becoming more and more commonplace for catastrophic events to mysteriously align themselves with certain governments or groups not serving Israel's best interests time and time again. Though thanks to the Jewish nation having a steady grip on the American way of life, it is unlikely that a majority of the general population will ever be aware of this.
