Charity Needed

I'm hoping to receive any help I possibly can trying to raise money to help pay down my debts owed to creditors. It doesn't look like its a lot owed but when you're unemployed and aggressively searching for work without any vehicle or friends to help drive you around. Every single penny you spend on a credit card really hurts you more and more because you can't really afford to spend money you don't already have in the first place. My girlfriend suffered a massive Ischemic stroke three years ago and ever sense then she has been disabled and left unreliable for work because she has had terrible migraine headaches and very bad mood swings as they resulted from the stroke. I'm dealing with being two months behind on rent and I’m extremely stressed out, because if I cant pay my next payment there is going to be a 30 days eviction notice and then, its out on the street, with no place to go and no one to turn to. Every single penny I make goes into paying off my bills and staying sheltered, keeping them warm and fed. While I attempt to try find some sort of way to get a job that pays me enough to make ends meet. I've been searching for any type of job I could possibly to work, but odds and ends don't really cut it. I really need a break here. Will someone please help me?
