        <Waxx>  Every time I am on the verge of liking him, he does something else to piss me off

        <crowyoric>     since I joined the site, I've never seen him do anything productive at all

        <crowyoric>     I think his attitude is immature and gives new users entirely the wrong idea about how the site works. he's elitist, and consistently expects special treatment, and he's done fuck all ever that I'm aware of as a mod.

        <JoshuaAdamKent>        But, with Gears away from the computer so much, I figured I'd get a wider viewpoint

        <JoshuaAdamKent>        After all, with Gears and Crow out of the picture, it leaves most things down to me, you, dox and snorlison

        <DC_al_Fine>    Well, here is my opinion.

        <DC_al_Fine>    We ask Iceberg if he's interested in continuing on with the wiki. Ask him for a no-bullshit assessment. Tell him we don't mind having him around, but as a senior member, maybe, if he's not around enough to be a mod.

        <DC_al_Fine>    Bring up the example of Fishmonger, maybe: that guy seems a lot happier as a writer and user than when we considered making him a mod.

        <JoshuaAdamKent>        That was actually my thought, stepping him down to Senior Staff.

        <DC_al_Fine>    If we have any complaints about his behavior, bring it up with him personaly.

        <JoshuaAdamKent>        Dio is what is commonly referred to as a Trap. She prefers to be known as female. Iceberg has repeatedly referred to her in the masculine, and, although she hasn't said anything about it, it bothers me that someone who represents us is so...callous?

        <crowyoric>     as I see it, ice is, at his worst, about as bad as I was at my worst. by regular user standards, that's right on the low end of acceptablish. BUT. there's a reason I'm not a mod. though, I'm hoping to have improved.
