Pvt. Filkins - Seems to be plagued with connection issues. He often drops out of drills a few minutes in and it is a disruption when he has to reconnect to rejoin the squad.  Often times he misses portions of if not all of squad briefs due to these issues.  Also, I wish he took the initiative to connect with us before drills to get his mod issues taken care of.  He will often show up with minutes before drills. Otherwise he is doing well in-game.  Filkins will be posting an ELOA soon due to being grounded.

###Fire Team Leader<br>
Still having some attendance issues with 4 ELOAs (Soon to be 6 with Pvts. Shoureas and Filkins) now in effect and a few Pvts. continually posting LOAs.  Otherwise the squad (those who show up) is functioning very well on a CQC & comms level.  Last nights squad drill PvP really helped show that, winning 3 of 4 rounds against some solid vets.
