  28. Once i was working on a restaurant and i was in charge of the deliverys, and one of the more common complain about the food is "this is not what i ordered" or "what took you so long, i dont want it anymore", its always hard to deal with this kind of situations but you have to remember that  the client is always right, the best you can do is try to compensate the client so you dont lose it. then if everything went right you probably will have to go back to the restaurant and explain what happened to your boss and if he is not a mean one then maybe you will keep your job.
  29. Explain one situation in a previous work where you worked under pressure and how you resolved the situation
  30. Well, i had this job in a Boutique, i think the most iconic moment of pressure in that job was around the december days when the people have like this kind of frenezy for shoppinf every kinf of stuff, and of course a boutique was not the exception, we had a lot of customers asking a lot of questions that went from the price of the clothes to the size of it. I might as well say that the whole store was a complete disaster, i mean the clothes on the floor, half the store was on the fitting room and we just had not enought hands to cover all of the problems, that was like a madhouse, but of course, in december theres a madhouse in every store.
  31. The only way to deal with that kind of situation is to reamain calm and come with some new sistem of organization, you just cant try to resolve or keep working like if it were just another day cause its not, is like they say, desperate situations requires desperate actions, of course always within the proper range of the work politics. Oh yeah, and the off sales, thats another story.
