Mr. Smith:
I am aware of the problem and will do what I can to remedy it. While these messages resemble scam messages commonly known as "phishing", I'm pretty sure these messages are legitimate, in as much as they originate from Blizzard Entertainment, the author and host of a popular online computer game, World of Warcraft. Are you receiving any other spurious messages? It is possible that someone has used your email address as a point of contact with Blizzard. This could be an innocent mistake, or something dishonest. Is your email account password strong?
If you would like your account password changed, either follow existing instructions to change them online, if you have them, or call our technical support number at 610-264-7568 option 2.
For a more in-depth look at how our spam system evaluated the message, examine the headers. If you could, forward me the full message, including the headers, or "forward as attachment", which will include them.
You should also consider calling the hotline number named in the email. Do not give them any personal information, but inform them of the problem and ask what specific steps they will take to alleviate the problem.
