- II.- General experience
- Explain a past experience with customers, answeiring questions or when offered help to someone.
- The most usual situation was when a customer needed a new report, in that moment i needed to check the request in order to make my search in SQL to get the information they want, after that i just needed to order the data on the window. When i finished i called the customer in order to get permission to enter on its server and install the update of the system.
- Explain one situation in a previous work where you worked under pressure and how you resolved the situation
- In my last job a worked with a client-server structure system, so when a client has a problem with his network service that was a big problem. In that case was necessary to act as fast as i can to solve that situation because all the time they didnt network services the system was useless
