  7. What i know about Google Chrome is that is a new  tool in order to do more than just surf on the web.

  9. Voice IP,  It is protocol to allow sending voice as any other data on the net.

  11. The network´s capability to send and receive data, with more bandwith you can send more data or send them faster.
  12. What is the BIOS?
  13. In this section you can see and modify the configuration of the computer under the OS.
  14. What is a ping?
  15. It Is a kind of signal you send in order to get a response from the net
  16. What is FTP?
  17. File Tranfer Protocol, It is used to share any type of information.
  18. What is QoS for transmissions?

  22. II.- General experience
  23. Explain a past experience with customers, answeiring questions or when offered help to someone.
  24. The most usual situation was when a customer needed a new report, in that moment i needed to check the request in order to make my search in SQL to get the information they want, after that i just needed to order the data on the window. When i finished i called the customer in order to get permission to enter on its server and install the update of the system.
  25. Explain one situation in a previous work where you worked under pressure and how you resolved the situation
  26. In my last job a worked with a client-server structure system, so when a client has a problem with his network service that  was a big problem. In that case was necessary to act as fast as i can to solve that situation because all the time they didnt network services the system was useless
