I strongly believe Metro of Howell (https://politicsandwar.com/nation/id=439) to be cheating.  He has more Aluminum than it is possible for his nation to have.

During our wars with him I've been following his nation and stockpile very closely. Upon my most recent espionage operation I was shocked to find he still retained a massive stockpile of aluminum which should not be possible.

Below I've detailed my "proof". Using two espionage operations (they are in my notifications) I've conducted against Metro, one on the 16th and one on the 29th compared with his trade and bank activity logs you can clearly see that the amount of Aluminum he has is not possible.

First espionage operation:

Second espionage operation:
08/29 12:22 am  You successfully gathered intelligence about Howell. Your spies discovered that Howell has 2 spies, $27,173.29, 1,687.90 coal, 11.23 oil, 8,819.91 uranium, 3.76 lead, 211.95 iron, 633.79 bauxite, 2,650.43 gasoline, 3,554.31 munitions, 1,523.95 steel, 6,179.09 aluminum, and 12,685.56 food.

On August 16th, Metro had 2,933.65 Aluminum in his nation. He had 3 Trades buying in total 2002 Aluminum that same day. For the sake of this analysis we'll give him the benefit of the doubt and assume that he purchased this Aluminum following my first espionage operation. We are assuming this because if he had purchased the Aluminum AFTER this espionage log there would an extra 2002 Aluminum unaccounted for.

At this point Metro has, in total, 4935.65 Aluminum. No other trade/bank logs show him gaining aluminum after August 16th.

On August 29th, Metro now has 6179.09 Aluminum, which is 1243.44 MORE than he should have. He does not manufacture aluminum and there are no other trade or bank records showing him receiving anymore.

Not only that, but between the period of August 16th-29th he built (and the war records for total losses between him and myself, kalev60, and jolyat show) 1008 Aircrafts, which is an additional 3024 Aluminum he should not have.

In total there is 4267.44 more aluminum in his nation than it is possible for him to have. Even if he already had the 1008 Aircrafts and didn't build them up between the 16th- 29th period (which I can assure you he did as I've watched his nation very closely during the 5 days he was building up on biege) that is still 1243.44 completely unaccounted for at best and 4267.44 at worst (not counting the possibilty that he bought 2002 Aluminum AFTER the first espionage log in which case he would have 6269.44 more than he should have).

I've checked his logs over multiple times and wracked my brain trying to figure out how he has that much extra Aluminum and I can't come to a conclusion. I suspect he also has more uranium than is possible as well but I haven't done the math on that because the Aluminum figure is the most obvious anomaly.

I sent you information when I suspected Erika/Death of exploting, along with a couple other members of the GPA and also we when had suspected Metro of spy slot filling which you confirmed I was right about both times. I know we are at war with him and you may think I have a conflict of interest but it was through examining his nation during this time that I spotted this. I would not have sent you this unless I was almost positive that he is cheating. I hope you can look into this somehow.
