Hello Costumer Support,

I moved to a new apartment recently and since then I experienced strange problems with my Tibia client. At random times, my tibia client freeze; the screen get stuck on the same state (as in I would have gotten a internet kick). To solve this, all I need to do is restart the client (exit log and log-in again on the new client).  I don't think it is a connection problem, my other internet using programs such as skype or ventrilo do not have any connection time outs. When I experience this problem, if I type messages my friends (who are near me and online) can still see what I write (I however can not) but I can not move when I press my arrow keys though. My operation system is Microsoft Windows XP Professional, Version 2002, Service Pack 2 and I got a RADEON X800 PRO graphic card. I hope you might know what the problem is because as you can imagine, it is really annoying to hunt when this can happen.
