The ::givewarning command doesn't work, when you do it for example ::givewarning-gadreel-safespotting.
It doesn't show up when you do ::checkwarnings-gadreel, it says this person has 0 warnings and such.
We need to get it fixed and also when people do ::checkwarning-gadreel it comes up with something like
"Gadreel's has warning points for swearing,abusive langauge,safespotting" when they are given a warning like
::givewarning-gadreel-safespotting.
