Gentlemen, this is an official resolution to the formation of PBBC also known as PBBC 3.0, the newest phase of PBBC Global.

Leadership of PBBC was assumed by HAF Group in April of 2013 under the Liberty and Freedoms Act signed by members of the board Peter Pablo, Peter Franklin, Thomas Franklin, John Bacon Jr., and Slipper Dan. Since then, PBBC has retained it's status as a global interests group based in over 40 countries, and today we are pleased to announce that PBBC is publically reinstated and has official ranks once again.

Our leadership roles at this time will be set back to daily operations while the law firm of STERLING, BITTERMAN, PETERSON, AND SCHMIDT take care of the legalese that PBBC so desperately needs. In this reformation, we have come to learn that PBBC will focus not only on business, but ideology of the group, pushing forward a new era of knowledge and power that the world has never seen.

It has come to my attention that services rendered in the past 2 years will be compensated with luxury condos in the Miami, Florida region as well as Santa Barbara, California. Members of the board will also receive stipends of $7,000 a week for an exemplary job.

PBBC Global has informed me of upcoming formations of newer groups as well as first round funding from investors all over the world, for the allotted amount of:
$46,000,000 in stock options
$15,250,000 in gold bullion
$7,400,000 in real estates holdings
$650,000 in lawsuit settlements

The office of John Bacon Jr will sign off on the financial transfers and brief top members of PBBC on the concurrent financial situation it seeks to secure in the fiscal year of 2016. Moreover, the Attorney General Peter Pablo will transition members back into leadership roles with a 4 week course in covert training, leadership classes, top secret spy networking, and psychological warfare.

Furthermore, there will be newer formations and actions taken into consideration, as the following goes:
1. PBBC Pan-America - The Canadian-American-Mexican-Brazilian Trans-National Pipeline of PBBC
2. Jing-Zaio International - Chinese solar power group absorbed by PBBC East
3. Major Monies Media - New age social media network, said to have 50 million members already, shooting for 300 million by 2017
4. PBBC DE-OP - PBBC Declassified Operation, the information that was classified in 2013 will be released for the public
5. Mackey Cancer Foundation - The Rick Mackey Cancer Foundation, a charity that will donate over $500,000 per year to various hospitals.

We hope to have PBBC fully functional and running smoothly by the third quarter of 2015.
