- Claims are being made that a number of SBSD employees have lost their jobs or received severe discipline because SEBA refused to help. Now that this story is unfolding, if true, it shall be interesting to see how many potential lawsuits employees and former employees have against both the County of San Bernardino and SEBA. The county has an obligation to protect employees when it becomes aware that illegal activities are being undertaken by a union.
