What server do you spend the most time playing on? Since I joined the Crafting Dead community I have been playing on Atlanta 2. I have spent many hours on this server and have began to meet and make friendships with others.

Are you a donor, if so on which server? I am currently a Mercenary on Atlanta 2.

How long have you been playing the server on and when did you start? I do not recall the exact date that I joined the Crafting Dead community but it was quite time ago. I believe I downloaded the pack around 2 years ago and have been playing Atlanta 2 ever since. I have tried a few of the other packs that are offered such as Somerset and Charland but Atlanta appeals to me the most.

What is something you would like to achieve, here at Crafting Dead? There are a lot of things that I would love to achieve in Crafting Dead. I would like to be able to build up a base and help people out who are fresh and need items, and just hang out and talk to other players. Crafting Dead has made me many friendships and I have introduced the pack to some of my other friends and it has made our friendships even stronger.

Do you think other players would recommend you for the position, and why? Yes I would say some people would recommend me but others might not personally know me. It is someones own personal opinion to recommend someone for staff, and I do try to help out as much as I can.

Have you ever been punished by a staff member on the server(s)? No I have never been punished by a staff member and I do not play to be anytime in the future.

What has overall motivated you to apply for staff? I like helping people and I have been staff on a few servers in the past. Being a pert of a staff team not only helps me by gaining communication skills but also motivated me to dedicate to something and keep at it. Helping people is something I do best. I'd like to be a Physical Therapist after High School because of my determination to help others. I know that is a general response but at the same time it is the honest truth. Everyone needs help now and then, I would like to be the person to assist them when they do.

Have you got a working microphone which can be used to easily communicate with others? Yes I do, I use it daily.

If we pick you, would you be able to take part in an interview with the recruitment team? Yes I would be more then happy to participate.

Are you able to record, if necessary when you need proof of hacking / someone breaking rules? Yes I am able to record, I use OBS.

Why do you want to be a staff member? I want to be a staff member because I have the will and lust to help and support others. Being a staff member is something I have always enjoyed. Not only does it allow me to interact and communicate with people I do not know, but it also allows me to have in depth conversations with people that I may have never been able to talk to before. Being a staff member has a lot of responsibility, responsibility that some people can not handle. I do believe that I can handle this responsibility quite well along with decision making. A lot of players now a days think that just because they have a rank that they could afford but someone else might not be able to afford they have more authority and stand over them. This is not correct, I would like to try and change that perspective that has been created throughout the MineCraft community. Players who are just regulars or members, some might call them, deserve and have just as much of a right to be respected as a donor. In my past two jobs as a staff member I specialized in hacking and banning people for said hacks. No matter the hack I would punish that player properly.

If you became a staff member, name three things which could benefit the Crafting Dead from your hiring?
1. I would dedicate myself to this server and make sure I am on every day, no matter what is going on I would make sure I could be on at least for a few hours to make sure everything was running smooth. I would not go afk either I would participate and play the game as it should be played.
2. As I stated in the section above I specialize in hacked clients. Hacked clients are fairly easy to spot no matter what that person is using. If you have anti-cheats such as No Cheats Plus it notifies you when someone is sending to high of a volume that a normal player would put out.
3. I would be as helpful as possible, I would make suggestions when needed or simply just do my best to make sure everyone who needed assistance on the server received assistance.

What interactions have you had with the staff team in the past, explain this in detail? I have not had a lot of interaction with the staff team before. I have spoken with Creeper on Atlanta 2 a few times and have been in clans staff members were apart of but other then that I have not spoken or played with many staff members.

What experience with moderating a community have you had in the past? I have had a lot of staff experience not only as a mod but also as a Head-Admin and a owner. I was a Helper-Head-Admin on a Kit PvP/Factions server by the name of PanNation. This server had a population of around 100-150 players. I was staff on this server for around 2 1/2 years until I retired from it and moved on to focus on other things such as sports and school work. Sadly this server shut down last week due to the owner leaving for collage. That was probably the most experiential server I could have been apart of. I owned my own server a few months later called MineStash. It was a KitPvP/Factions server I built up with a friend of mine by the name of DarkvoidMC. I was able to receive a lot of plugin experience in this process. We used mostly community plugins but had a few custom plugins when swapping out KitPvP (a dying game mode might I add) for a more modern version. The game mode was basically KitPvP with a catch, such as kits and special abilities with the kits. The game mode soon took off and we had around 170 players a day, sadly the server shut down. I was in it to help start up something new and give players something else to play. But after I moved on it died down, it lasted around 1 year.

Do you know the general commands which a moderator should need to use, please list them? Yes I do know that general commands associated with a moderator/admin depending on what plugins you use.
/fly- Allows the player to fly
/v- Allows the player to go invisible.
/alias- Allows to staff member to check a players IP to make sure a player is not alting a ban.
/manuadd (player) (group)- Allows someone with the right perms to assign someone to a certain rank if need be.
/ban- Bans a player permanently for breaking the rules.
/mute- Mutes a player permanently for breaking the rules.
/tempban- Temperately bans a player for a certain amount of time for breaking the rules.
/tempmute- Tempera rally mutes a player for a certain amount of time for breaking the rules.
/ipban- Permanently bans a players IP, this makes it so that a player can not get on another account and join.
/tempipban- Same as a IP ban but for a certain amount of time
//wand- Used for world edit (there are many command that go along with world edit)
/warn- Gives the player a warning for breaking a rule
/jail- Send the player to "time out" for doing something wrong
/echest- Opens enderchest
/Socialspy- Allows the staff member to see other peoples messages
/invsee- Allows the staff member to see another persons inventory and even take items out if they are permitted
/gamemode- Sets the gamemode such as creative/survival
/whois- Like allies but does not show whether or not they are using a alternate account.
/tp- Allows you to teleport to a player without having to ask

Do you understand that you will have to act in a mature manor at all time while working for the Crafting Dead staff team? Yes I do understand this, I have been staff before as I stated and I am calm in most situations and do not let players get under my skin. The best thing to do is handle any situation or player with maturity and stay calm and talk properly (don't curse them out).

Are you able to contribute enough time to the Crafting Dead forums and servers? Yes I am, I can contribute at least 12 hours a week days and 6 on weekends.

Do you agree to follow all rules on the server while being a moderator, and enforce them when necessary? Yes I do, abusive staff members honestly make me sick. You are not in it for the perks of being a staff member. If you are breaking a rule you should be punished, no matter who you are.

Are you able to help anyone who is in need of assistance while being logged on the forums/servers? Yes I am able to help others, I will give them as much assistance as I possible can. If it is something that is above me I will ask a higher ranked staff member for advice.
