EA and Maxis have revealed the <a href="http://www.thesims.com/en_GB/faq#what-are-the-PC-minimum-system-requirements" target="_blank">minimum requirements</a> and <a href="http://www.thesims.com/en_GB/faq#what-are-the-PC-recommended-system-requirements" target="_blank">recommended spec</a> list for <em>The Sims 4</em>, and it appears as though you're going to need some beefy parts in order to match the recommended specification. However, in order to play the game at its lowest settings, there is a fairly low requirement, so most modern PC desktops and laptops should be able to handle it.

The recommended specs are quite high with an i5/Athlon X4 and a GTX 650, much higher than its minimum requirement, which could suggest some very pretty visuals when the game is set on the highest graphics options. However, it does seem a bit heavy for <em>The Sims</em>.

We'll have to wait and see, though, as <em>The Sims 4</em>
