Celebi is a Psychic/Grass Pokemon and is known as the 'Time Travel Pokemon'.

Celebi has the resemblance of a green fairy. Celebi has two toe-less feet, two three fingered hands, and clear wings on its back. Celebi also has two blue tipped antennae sticking out of its head. What makes this Pokemon unique though, is its ability to travel through time. Celebi is also the guardian of the forest and only appears during peaceful times. When Celebi does appear, however, plants are flourish.

Celebi is a legendary Pokemon, so therefore it does not evolve from anything, nor does it evolve into anything.
