- "...Abide by the summons of the Holy Grail.
- If thou dost accede to this will and reason, answer my call."
- The spiraling storm of power reached it's climax, culminating in a brilliant burst of light. And in an instant it was done. A man stood within the bound of the summoning circle. Red hair. High cheekbones. Arms adorned with bands of gold. The summoner stared, mesmerized by the half naked man clad in a loin cloth.
- "Are you my master." Asked the man flatly.
- A moment of hesitation. A living god stood before him now. The closest a man ever came to divinity. One should prostrate oneself, no simple mortal deserved to stand tall before such a presence. He suppressed a smile. If only he thought himself to be a simple mortal.
- "Oh great one." The summoner said, head held high. "Indeed, we do have a pact. It is true that I bear your command seals and that I have summoned you for the Great Holy Grail war."
- The servant remained stoic, giving the summoner a long fixed look.
- "Then what do you claim to be, if not my master?"
- "A seeker of divinity, oh great one. A student, if you may. One, who seeks true divinity for the both of us."
- "Such imdupence. You claim I am not divine?"
- "No mortal has ever come so close, oh great one. Thus, I ask of you, aid me in acquiring the Holy Grail, so that we may both become true gods."
- "Okay."
- "Cool."
- And then Gavin and Ramesses II were best buds.
