Further explanation: By looking at these logs I have provided you, members of TheSpireRoleplay, I ask you: is this a way an administrator of the community should behave?  Hi, I am AotsFTW, a lead worker in the demotion and reporting of CAL-PRO. I come to you today to bring not only awareness- but justice, to the people of TheSpireRoleplay.

CAL-PRO has been in power as long as the server has been up.  And for a majority of the time he has been admin, this negative stigma has stuck with him.  I can tell you this with conviction: CAL-PRO is not only disliked, but LOATHED by a larger part of this community. And not only just players dislike CAL-PRO, but administrators as well.  I will not name any administrators, but it should be obvious with these recent events.  CAL-PRO is not an administrator who has the community as his main interest: his main interest is staying in power and banning those who threaten his power. Let's begin with something more recent: the events of 7-30-2014. CAL-PRO went on a banning spree because a lot of people in TS were voicing their opinion about him, far from positive. Although there were more than four people voicing their opinion (I would venture to say 10+ people in the channel), four people were singled out by this abusive admin and his buddies (Nomad, GF Skaoi, etc.) and banned these people. Not only did he ban them from the TS, but he banned them from the server, forums, and other various outlets.  How is banning people who go against an abusive admin keeping the community's best interests entertained?  MLK once said that if there is an immoral law in place, then it should be broken: that immoral law is CAL-PRO, and he must be demoted.

Let's look at the behavior of CAL-PRO on server. As we're told by Spiderfork, CAL-PRO has no regard for anyone else but himself.  It's evident that he has no interest in using his staff position to create roleplay for the community, but rather improve his own character by abusing his administrative position.  What I mean by this is enabling himself to authorize himself with the crazy ability to fire this huge, .50 caliber sniper rifle standing up in order to claim glory by metagaming this information about a Frumentarii.  Not only does he do this, but he put a hit on my character's head - Black Dynamo - just because he doesn't like my character and how I roleplay him.  Was there any IC reason for this bounty?  For that I'm unsure, but from my POV, it was entirely based on his OOC bias against me. It seems that whenever he is on the server, people feel this weight on their shoulder (and by people I mean people he doesn't like) because they KNOW that he'll abuse his power, and no one will stop it.

Not only is it his behavior on server that makes people dislike him, but it is his blunt, cuntish, and completely ignorant attitude towards people.  He speaks to people as if he is above them just because he has power on this virtual server where you live your life through a pixelated character; this is displayed in how he talks to an administrator WITH THE SAME RANK AS HIM. Back to his behavior on the server, Scott, with the consensus of the server owner Johnny Guitar, and Super Admin Zach, admin CAL-PRO decided to completely disregard the unbans on these four players.  As shown in the logs posted, Scott was unbanning the people per Johnny's request, and CAL-PRO was interfering with allowing Scott to do his job.  Do you want an admin who goes against the request of the server owner and fights with his fellow admins? I know that I don't.

By demoting CAL-PRO, you're not only removing one of the most power-hungry and abusive administrators in the history of ever, you're effectively killing two birds with one stone by calming the masses that dislike CAL-PRO. There are a lot more PRO's than CON's to demoting CAL-PRO, but will Tom or Johnny step up finally and make this decision?
