SERVER RULES
Use common sense.
Do not exploit, hack, or cheat. This will result in a permanent ban.
No Racism, ever. (IC nor OOC)
No Flaming. (Do not tease, insult, or cause grief to other players in OOC)
If you find a bug report it, using the bug to your own advantage makes you exploiting and could get you banned permanently.
Do not use CAPSLOCK in OOC.
Do not talk about other communities or servers while in our servers.
You should never reveal an undercover admin, this will get you banned.
If you attempt to bypass a ban, your ban will just be extended.
Respect all admins and their decisions. You may appeal bans & suggest rule changes on the forums.
Do not argue with other players / admins in OOC.
No scamming. This includes OOC and IC.

GENERAL ROLEPLAY RULES
FearRP is enforced. (IC Fear of getting hurt or dying, and reacting accordingly)
Do not kill a player without a valid RP reason. This is classified as RDM. (Random Death Match)
Do not break NLR (New life rule- If you die, you have no knowledge of your previous life)
Do not Metagame. This means to obtain In-game information outside of IC chat.(OOC, Vent, skype, steam, etc)
No Powergaming. Ex. "/me kicks the man in the stomach." (You must "/me attempts to kick the man in the stomach" then "/roll") If it's even possible in the RP situation.
You may not mug anyone for anything over $3,000 dollars.

DRIVING RULES
Do not CDM(Car Deathmatch) Using your vehicle as a weapon falls under CDM.
Consistent reckless driving will not be tolerated.(repeatedly driving 80 MPH down the main city road without reason)
Drive on the correct side of the road and follow traffic laws. Failure to do so results in Fail Driving/FailRP. (Lag isn't an excuse for fail driving)
The speed limits are as posted on signs, unless the MAYOR says otherwise.

IC CHAT RULES
Don't abuse adverts.
Only use text IC. Smilies and stuff aren't allowed.
Voice chat is ALWAYS in-character.

KILLING RULES
Hit contracts are not allowed.
Do not kill government officials for doing their job (Medic, Tow Truck, etc.) Find an RP solution.
You must have an RP reason to kill the mayor. As an example, taxes must be excessive (%40 and above)
You must always RP out a situation if you're going to finish off a player. Government officials are never allowed to finish off players.

DRUG RULES
No growing in public, or on unowned properties.
Drugs are always illegal.
Do not plant shrooms inside buildings.

WEAPON RULES
Do not ASSGUN. You must roleplay all weapons and obtain them through realistic means. (This is done by typing /me, and then what type of weapon you
All automatic weapons are illegal, shotguns may be legal if a mayor sees them to be.
Do not randomly Molotov, or carbomb.

JOB RULES
No Job Camping
No Job farming(Medic Reviving, Firefighter fire spreading.)
Do not abuse the equipment you are given as a Government Official(Guns, Cuffs, Nightsticks, etc)
As a Government Official you must follow all the traffic laws.
Do not use your sirens without a reason.
Only secret service officials may protect the mayor.
SWAT must wait to be called from the police department. (No patrolling)
Shoot on sight laws are strictly forbidden.

CRIMINAL RULES
You may only RUN from the police if you are wanted for a serious crime(Murder, or Drugs)
Do not break laws specifically to try and gain the attention of police officers.(Constantly speeding, calling them pigs, etc).
If the police draw their weapons, you must abide by Fear RP.
If you are handcuffed, do what the police say. If you find your arrest unjust, send a /report.

MISC. RULES
Do not constantly run around not Role playing (Fail RP//Poor RP/Shit RP)
No prop blocking/pushing/killing allowed.
No Mazing. (Obstructing a path or normal door with props)
Do not Anti-AFK.
Do not craft in public, it is failrp and admins are not obligated to help you if your things get stolen.
Do not lock spam. (This means to repeatedly lock a door when someone is trying to open it).
No famous names allowed or “Doe”
Sell ONLY in a shop made for selling.
Do not complain about players breaking rules in OOC, send a /report or record it and post a ban request if there isn't an admin in the server.

Do not parkour, parkouring is jumping over fences, rooftops, etc in order to get into someone's home or an inaccessible area.

Do not build on top of rooftops or walk upon them.
Build smart. Don't slap stuff up, use mounts make it more realistic.
