Easy Questions
1.	How much money do we take in each year? How much comes from rent and how much from dues?
2.	How much is used towards the house?
3.	Can you explain what all our money goes towards?
4.	Can you explain the different responsibilities of TAMC and TAHB?
5.	How does our money flow between these organizations?
6.	Who are the leaders of these organizations
7.	Do any of the board directors make money or get a salary?
8.	How long have you been the treasurer?
9.	Why is our social predicated on some things?  Shouldn’t we have a fixed social amount?


Harder Questions
10.	What occurred in 2013 that caused a $264,304 forgiveness of Debt in TAMC?
11.	Why was no insurance paid by TAHB in 2013 and by TAMC in 2012?
12.	Who is the singular employee of TAMC and why are they paid between $27,000 and $33,000 every year?
13.	Who are TAMC’s affiliates?  Why are they paid between $100,000 and $200,000 every year?
14.	Why were TAHB’s 2013 legal fees $55,000?
15.	Why do pledge expenses almost double year over year (between 2011-2013), despite having relatively the same numbers amongst 		    the pledge classes?
16.	What are office expenses and IT expenses used for?  For both TAHB and TAMC they are a few thousand a year combined.
17.	Why is there such a high rate of depreciation in TAHB?
18.	What happened to the $25,553 in 2011 that was seemingly lost or misplaced as a result of a prior period adjustment
19.	Why do both TAMC and TAHB both declare rental income?

Very difficult questions
20.	Why would you charge us, out of social no less, to get copies of our own books?
21.	Why have you been trying so hard to prevent Auston from looking at the documents?  Regardless of whether he is inactive or not he has the legal right to look at the documents of a non-profit.  (Texas Business Code)
22.	Why do you have a google doc as opposed to a real cash flow?  Why is this an estimate and not the full picture as required by the IRS?
23.	Why has the alumni been so reluctant to show the books of the organization.
24.	Why did you threaten pulling Auston’s pin for simply asking questions about our finances?
25.	Why did you say “shove the bylaws. We’ll have them amended?”
26.	Since many of us are not accounting majors, would you be open to an independent audit?  (Ideal situation)



In addition to these questions, there are a few documents that we need to fully verify his claims.  This should not be a problem since he said any active brother can request the documents.  Please ask for the following:

•	Invoices for tax services
•	Invoices for legal services
•	W-2 or 1099 for the salary of the 1 unknown employee
•	Invoices for insurance
•	Support for increase in pledge expenses
•	Support for increase in depreciation
•	Invoices for IT and office expenses
•	Support for payments to affiliates
•	Real balance sheets (not a google doc)
