None given, was a straight up ban. I only found out about when someone told me in the Chernarus Post Skype chat.


[color=#FFA500][b]Why the verdict is not fair:[/b][/color]
From what I understand, I said something inflammatory in a stream (http://www.twitch.tv/hydeog/v/42772358 10:00 to 10:30) about the fact that someone reported someone for something seemingly innocuous. When I was saying what I did, I wasn't aiming my words at any specific person, but just in general. Unfortunately I was talking over the person when he said the person's name, and it was only when I looked through the stream after-the-fact that I realized that I had accidently bad-mouthed a staff member.

An outright ban I think is a bit harsh, without a report at least being put out where I could explain my side of what happened. That being said, I can understand being outright banned, as I've been banned before months ago.

At the time I said my comments, I hadn't known the name of who I was speaking about (and unfortunately for me I was speaking over the person who had said it was Shark who reported him.
When I was making my comments though, I wasn’t trying to flame anyone, but more just to speak a general opinion

Best case scenario, I'd like my ban to be changed to warning points (not 30 warning points, heh), as I feel that would be far more appropriate.

In the future I should do better in not talking over people, so I'm not unknowingly disrespecting specific people (staff or otherwise). Second, I shouldn’t voice my opinions about reports that I haven’t read, as what I say isn’t informed.
