 currently pursuing a Bachelor degree in Software Engineering

 for about 5 months, I have played @ Molten-wow in the past
7. Do you currently play World of Warcraft Retail Servers, or have anytime in the past?
I did play retail but not currently, didn't renew my subscription after this past chritsmas

I sometime can spend a whole week ingame but it is rarer when I am in a school term

Yes, Raid without Paints.

Dedicated and fun to be around guy. Not scared of doing the extra work and love to help other people, especially when it is time to carry(if i can ofc)
14. Why are you applying for the position of Game Master?
After 5 years of playing wow, i wanted to try something else. I obviously won't stop playing wow so better try new things and add my experience to it.
15. Why do you believe you would be a good addition to the Gamer District Game Master Team?
Well I am a good guy to be around and I am a very serious person. I know when to get in serious mode and act consenquently. I am an engineering student and I would not have been able to excel if I didn<t have the seriousness needed.
16. What contributions have you made towards Gamer District & the community? (Please give us an outline, e.g – I provide support in the support channel)
Well gameplay wise, I never mind helping people that needs a carry for gear-up and such. As a tank, i can be vital and I don<t mind spending some time to help friends.
17. What do you think are the biggest governance problems for private servers in the aspect of rules and behavior?
Being taken seriously by players!

As a free private server, players do not commit money in order to play. It does gives little leverage to private servers @ first as players didn't pay 60$+ for the game and extra money for the subscription. it makes them less prone to obey @ first because they know they can just restart from scratch. Of course, this dynamique changes once they attain a high level of gears in end-game content, they will be more prone to listen but if they see that GMs do not care about the realm, they will obviously start to behave incorrectly.

Therefore, a strict conduct from GMs is expected. It show that the server is taken seriously by it staff and that they have the well being of their players in mind. It would greatly discourage players from behaving incorrectly as they know that the consequences can come very quickly.
18. What suggestions do you have to improve Gamer District servers?

Gameplay wise? none. But I think that the server could improve in marketing itself. There are servers that are 1/100 as good as GD but are in the TOP 3 in voting websites.
19. GM Behavior Test:


19a. Player SOX is scolding vulgarities at Player YAHS in a global channel. Player SOX accuses Player YAHS of flyhacking. The GM online teleports to the Player YAHS and discovers that Player YAHS is flyhacking. What should the GM do in this case?

If I were a Gm, this is what I would do:

1. I would promptly take screens of player YAHS flyhacking so I can documen the case.
2. I would send a quick /w to YAHS telling him that he was caught flyhacking and that consequence will ensue.
3. I would issue a BAN if I have the power or a BAN request if I can't.
4. I would whisp player SOX thanking him for warning us.
5. BUT I will warn player SOX that his behavious isn't acceptable and that he shouldn't have scolded vulgaritues in a global channel

19b. Player NNYL claimed in global channel that GM SUEZ was abusing his GM powers in game and was killing random players with GM commands. Another GM, SP who was monitoring the global channel saw the message and investigated the case and found it to be true. What should GM SP do next?

Here is what I would do:

1. Promptly take picture or save the log of the investigation.
2. I would speak with GM SUEZ about the matter and if he has any valid reason.
3. Knowing that we are probably on the same rank, i would escalate the case to higher ranking GM.
4. If I had a coercion power, i would discuss the case with a Gm council to speak about the correct action to do.
5. Act accordingly to the decision taken with the peers
