Alright, Alright. In the World of Planet Crock, there are unfortunately only a limited amount of mages born around the world and because of this reason, most places around the world make it a usual thing to find any mages born within their boundaries and groom said baby into being a pawn for each state/country's own agenda.

It's become the custom for those born with magical abilities to be given some form of special treatment no matter where they are born or who they belong too. Some countries enslave them from birth and turn them into nothing more than tools of war, locked away when not in use. Others hold them up as kings, some treat them as lords, and others outcast them as demons.

As players, you all will be born and raised on one of the more benevolent continents on this planet, called Braeter where an organized council of mages oversee the continent and attempt to maintain peace between the various kingdoms and states on it as well as protect the people of the continent from foreign invaders and inland threats.

Char Sheet

Name: Cado Motley
Age: 24

Physical Appearance: Shoulderlength dark purple bob hairdo, hazel eyes, small nose, nice bone structure. Pretty attractive, strong 7 light 8. Stands at 5'8, tends to wear fairly tight gold, green and pink motley short skirted dresses or pant+top combos that dont get in the way of her moving around!

Magic Tree: Spatial magic, specialising in the movement side of things much moreso than any offensive use of it. Carries various tricks of the trade in her bag, including multicoloured balls for juggling, various hoops, supplies for making flaming torches, etc.

Weapons: Her weaponry is primarily an extremely oversized (however large it can get before it becomes awkward to swing around as a weapon) Dragite bell attached via a chain to a handle, making it effectively a somewhat absurd flail. She also has a set of 10 juggling pins, all of which can be twisted and pulled in a very specific way to take off the blunt "pin" portion to reveal rather nastily sharp knives.
Armor/Shield: Doesn't use armour! Maybe I can have dragite bells to attach to my clothes to block magic if that's how that mineral works?

Personality: Playful and energetic but sincere. Remembers her days performing just to pay for her dinner and wants to give dosh to the poor to prevent anybody else from having to worry about where their next meal was coming from. Cavalier attitude towards rich people's money, so tends to take from them to give to said poor. Has a rather large crush on Jaina.

Backstory: Was picked up at nine years old! Prior to being taken for the Mages, Cado performed for various traveling entertainer groups, typically as a juggler or tumbler. She'd figured out fairly early on how to nudge the gravity of things around in just particular enough of a way to allow her to juggle absurd amounts, but when a child not even in the double digits was outperforming even your best adult juggler with not only pins, but flaming torches and swords, people tended to get jealous and angry. Left behind in various towns whenever she'd managed to piss off yet another adult with overperformance, she'd had to resort to busking, begging and occasionally even stealing for much of her life to avoid starving. By the time she'd been picked up by the mages she'd grown to love performing for people and making them happy, though, and she'd stuck with the distinctive look of her childhood in order to remind herself of what she had come from and that making people happy was far more important than money.
