  1. Player: Dudas
  2.
  3. Primary Role: Support
  4. - Likes to watch flank, rarely entry frags. Is usually good about trading out the entry fragger.
  5.
  6. Aim Rating: 4.5/10
  7. - Very average overall aimer, is brought down frequently by his mouse movement and crosshair placement. Instead over moving his mouse in a more angular fashion, he tends to unknowingly move in
  8.
  9. more of a curved way, which ends up wasteing time and makes shots less accurate, and spray harder to control. Most likely think is from a Dota 2 background. Muscle memory takes over.
  10.
  11. Spray Rating: 3/10
  12. - Below average spray. Very rarely get headshots on the 10th to 15th bullet. First 3 shots are usually okay, but not consistant enough to bring up the score.
  13.
  14. Reaction Time Rating: 5/10
  15. - Inconsistancy in his reaction time hurts his overall score. Depending on the time of day, reaction time could be at a high 7. But if hes not in his "Sweet Spot", his reaction time may as well
  16.
  17. be non existant.
  18.
  19. Game Sense Rating: 6/10
  20. - It seems as though he has a thourough idea of what is happening at all times, but do to descion making, doesnt capitalize.
  21.
  22. Decision Making Rating: 1/10
  23. - Overall terrible descion making. Mulitple example of when he made a bad choice, which either costed a team life and his own, or a round loss. Frequently goes for unnecessary knife kills, which
  24.
  25. 60% of the time ends up with him being killed, or a teammate being killed. Baits his teammates frequently, but this is is hard to blame on weather he doesnt know he's doing it (Bad game sense), or
  26.
  27. if he does it on purpose (bad descion making / bad teamplay).
  28.
  29. TeamPlay Rating: 5/10
  30. - Usually listens to calls, has generally low toxicity, and will go along with plays he may not agree with. Being brought down by what can only be described as being a "Cheeky Dickhead". Will
  31.
  32. pickup guns that arnt for him, will allow his teammates to die so he can get a easy kill / knife. Will frequently go afk, and plays while distracted by eating a lot.
  33.
  34. cRating (overall): 498 / 1000
  35. - Just missed out on average. Could easily be a 650-700 with small fixes (see notes).
  36.
  37. Notes:
  38. - Stop trying to AWP. Its more benifical to the team as a whole for you to be a good rifle user.
  39. - Get out of your shitty lifestyle. Go to bed at a decent time, wake up at a decent time. Will make a big differnace in life and CS
  40. - Nobody really respects your knife plays. Id say most of us hate it. So stop baiting and just use your gun ffs.
  41. - Game sense come with time played, so will improve on its own
  42. - Descion making needs to be improved big time. Think about how what you do will affect the other 4 players on your squad.
  43.
  44.
  45.

  47.
  48. Player: Jeff
  49.
  50. Primary Role: Entry / Support
  51. - Is given role of entry when needed. Can also do a very good job of trading out players. Almost always the first or second guy onto site.
  52.
  53. Aim Rating: 8/10
  54. - Really solid aimer. Is almost always consistant with the first 3 shots, and can track aim prettty decently.
  55.
  56. Spray Rating: 4/10
  57. - Below average spray control. At a distance he relys on the first 5-6 shots to get the kill. After that, very little control come into the equation and RNGesus takes the wheel. THere are moments
  58.
  59. of where spray control and transfer looks very promising, but not often enough to bump up the score.
  60.
  61. Reaction Time Rating: 7/10
  62. - Above action reaction time. Plays well with his ocasional role as entry fragger.
  63.
  64. Game Sense Rating: 6/10
  65. - Understands current meta in CSGO, but it seems sometimes he forgets. Frequently solo pushes on CT side, with no hope of a trade. Nobody says much about it becuase for every 3 times it doesnt
  66.
  67. work out and he gives a free kill to the terrorists, he will make a huge play that usually ends up winning the round. Somtimes attempts to retake site alone, even when he has one or more team
  68.
  69. mates alive. Then usually complains about how nobody pushed with him. Even though his team members where not ready.
  70.
  71. Decision Making Rating: 6/10
  72. - Will usually make the better descion when possible. Sometime his actions could be questionable, but could be attributed more to gamesense than actively making a bad choice.
  73.
  74. TeamPlay Rating: 2/10
  75. - By far his worst attribute. Mostly comes down to his personality / playstyle. Will activly ignore the calls made by the IGL, and will take a "lone wolf" approach which pretty much shoots the
  76.
  77. team in the foot. Rarely pays attention to the economy, many instances of when IGL called save / eco, and a AWP or rifle armor was purched by him. Either on purpose or via carelessness. Acutely
  78.
  79. hypocritical this brings down his score the most. Says its not about frags when hes having a bad game, but makes it seem as though frags are of upmost importance when hes on top. Somtimes it seems
  80.
  81. he goes out of his way to start arguments.
  82.
  83. cRating (overall):725
  84. - Massive immidiate imrpovents could be made that would make him a better player. Possible 750-800.
  85.
  86. Notes:
  87. - Needs to take things more seriously. Not just in game, but in life.
  88. - Needs to be more team play oriented when in game. Listen to the fucking IGL for once.
  89. - Cut down on the agressive plays on CT side. And yes, pushing bananna or B main every round is being too aggressive.
  90. - Stop the lone wolf. If you want to push somthing seperate from the majority of the team, take a buddy. THis will allow you to get traded out in the event of your death.
  91. - Spray control needs improvement. Just a minor amount as it will complement your track aiming.
  92. - Play for the win, not for the frags.
  93.
  94.
  95.
  96. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
  97.
  98. Player: Nathan
  99.
  100. Primary Role: IGL
  101. - Leads the team T side, makes calls pre round. Could do a better job of making mid round calls. Needs to do a much better job of variation of strats. See notes.
  102.
  103. Aim Rating: 5.5/10
  104. - Just above average aimer. Inconsist due to inconsistant setup. Not a whole lot can be done about this. Unless a consistant setup is made, aim wont imrpove.
  105.
  106. Spray Rating: 5/10
  107. - Just average. Same problem with consistancy due to setup.
  108.
  109. Reaction Time Rating: 6/10
  110. - Solid reaction time. Nothing too crazy, but keeps in consistant which good enough.
  111.
  112. Game Sense Rating: 7/10
  113. - Has a higher level of understanding than most, but finds it difficult to put his knowledge into his gameplay. Should be able to put into the teamPlay via his role as IGL, but struggles due to
  114.
  115. low variation of strats.
  116.
  117. Decision Making Rating: 5/10
  118. - Personal descion making is average. As stated above, fails to put his game sense and meta knowledge is own gameplay.
  119.
  120. TeamPlay Rating: NA
  121. - Hard to come up with a number here, becase hes the one who people have to listen too. Instead of interacting, he delegates. Which isnt a bad thing by any means.
  122.
  123. cRating (overall): 585
  124. - Brought down by his incosistant aim and spray control, but makes up for it by being the team brain.
  125.
  126. Notes:
  127. - Most crucial of all, the IGL has to be the most neutral player on the server. Never get into fights and never ever start them. You frequently take part in the latter. It your job to stop people
  128.
  129. fighting and get them in the right mind set and keep them relaxed and comfortable. The team relys on you for this.
  130. - Keep pressing for the desk, and desktop. It will improve your gameplay and life.
  131. - Invest in a proper mousepad. Not that southpark shit.
  132. - Have confidence in calls you make. And call EVERY ROUND. No rounds where the team is left guessing on what the plan is. It happens more than it should.
  133. - Control the economy better. Make sure you make a descion quick enough so that everyone has time to react to the call without missing timings.
  134.
  135.
  136.
  137.
  138. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
  139.
  140. Player: John
  141.
  142. Primary Role: AWP / Support
  143. - Should be the primary AWPer. Needs to practice more though. Rifle skills are average at best.
  144.
  145. Aim Rating: 6.6/10
  146. - Rarely chokes on the easy shots (AWP), and can pull of some impressive shots here and there. Flicks are slightly above average.
  147.
  148. Spray Rating: NA
  149. - Not going to include this here, as it would be very low and hurt his score. He is supposed to be an awper so its unnessicary.
  150.
  151. Reaction Time Rating: 9/10
  152. - Has some of the best reaction time on the team. And is consistant with it. Really play sto his advantage when he is holding an angle or quick peaking somewhere.
  153.
  154. Game Sense Rating: 4/10
  155. - Doesnt have nessiccarily bad game sense, but doesnt need great game sense.
  156.
  157. Decision Making Rating: 6/10
  158. - Makes good desicions mostly, but usally doesnt have to make any. Hes either holding a angle or quick peaking. Not a whole lot of choices to make.
  159.
  160. TeamPlay rating: 7/10
  161. - Doesnt really fight with anybody, but could listen to the IGL more. He needs to actually listen for a call every round. Frequently doesnt know what his job is becuase he wasent paying attention
  162.
  163. during pre-round when the call was being made. Easy fix though
  164.
  165. cRating (overall):724
  166. - Could possibly be bloated, as there is a fewer amount of demos / film of him AWPing and rifling.
  167.
  168. Notes:
  169. - Has huge potential as an AWPer
  170. - Needs to listen more
  171. - Pactice more using the AWP
  172. - Get better internet
  173.
  174.
  175.
  176. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
  177.
  178. Player: Sean
  179.
  180. Primary Role: Entry / Lurk
  181. - Will entry in select times and sites / maps. Relys on comfort with the part of the map to successfully entry. Recently took up the lurk role, is improving but has a long time to go.
  182.
  183. Aim Rating: 9/10
  184. - Arguably the best / most consistant aimer on the team. This comes from a lot of somewhat rigourous training / warmup sessions. Along with having a possible ideal setup. Will somtimes struggle
  185.
  186. greatly without a routine warmup / training session. But stays consistant with his aim. Has reached a point where his aim can not improve a large amount, and can only be improved through playing
  187.
  188. more, or changing his setup (monitor).
  189.
  190. Spray Rating: 7/10
  191. - Above average spray. But control will usally die out and be up to RNGesus after about 15 shots. If the enemy isnt dead in the first 6 shots, its unlikely he will die at all. Usually wont get
  192.
  193. this far due to his high level snap aim, but will somtimes let down his team by failing to easy but key spray downs. Spray control could improve but spray contorl while tracking comes from
  194.
  195. experiance and is difficult to train.
  196.
  197. Reaction Time Rating: 8/10
  198. - Consistant high level reaction time. Number possibly bloated due to familiarity with enemy positioning, and expecting them to play certain spots. THis comes from him sticking to his strengths
  199.
  200. and playing certain positions on the map consistnatly.
  201.
  202. Game Sense Rating: 5/10
  203. - Watches many hours of not only his own teams demos, but also professional demos and demo reviews. Knows what is best in almost every situation, but rarely plays the way he knows he should. Comes
  204.
  205. from possible distrust of his teammates.
  206.
  207. Decision Making Rating: 1/10
  208. - Attributing to low overall score compared to the rest of his scores, he plays really stupid a lot. Coming from what seems like a distrust of his teammates ability to make plays, he sometimes
  209.
  210. takes it apon himself to take fights that he shouldnt. If he trusted his team, it would allow him to not put himself out there so much, and allow him to sit back back more. This would let his aim
  211.
  212. show its true potential, as he would be more relaxed and be able to make more plays. Needs to take it slow somtimes as well. Will frequently wide peak a angle as soon as possible, relying on aim
  213.
  214. and meta knowledge to get the frags.
  215.
  216. TeamPlay Rating: 5.5/10
  217. - Pretty average team play. Is very toxic when the mistrust of team members reaches a high during games. Listens to IGL, and is up to date with team economy. Will sometimes not be 100% on par with
  218.
  219. the team economy, but stays close enough to not hurt the team. Needs to keep opinions to self more, and could do with keeping most critisms untill after the game.
  220.
  221. cRating (overall): 771
  222.
  223. Notes:
  224. - Potential to be a very high level player. Needs to vastly improve his trust in his teammates, and descion making when it comes to Xv1 situations. Shows signs of improvement, but still allows
  225.
  226. himself to slip.
  227. - Needs to rely on his team more, and stop trying to over extend himself. He doesnt have to be the playmaker every round.
  228. - Needs to understand not everybody can take critisism well, and there are better way sof telling people what to improve on.
  229. - Needs to keep consistant with his training schedule. It directly effects his gameplay.
  230. - Stop over extending. Seriously. Stahp. You might be able to pull it off somtimes, but it hurts the team when you do.
  231.
  232.
