So, I have these bluescreens that happen every 3 to 5 days. They don't always happen but they are really annoying, I have a Dell laptop inspiron 15 with an I3 3217U CPU @1.80 GHZ, Intel HD 4000 Graphics and 4 GB of ram.

I have also exprienced these last days some kind of crash when I turn my PC on in the morning, I usually turn it off and go away, when I come back it tells me it wasn't turned off probably. It crashes when I turn it on, which is weird.

I have had this problem for months it would be cool if I could get some help.
