  10. 01[21:58] <zoofman> She finishes her duties shortly after, noticing your presense. "Oh! Sister Rosette!" She hurries over to you. "It seems like such a long while since you last visted!"

  12. [21:59] <Rosette> "The expedition has kept me quite busy," she says with a faint smile, bowing her head politely, "but it is good to see you again."
  13. 01[22:02] <zoofman> "I take it the affair with the storm went well? Since it's ended and all. I've yet to hear the details but..." She's noticably healthiers than you last saw her.
  14. [22:04] <Rosette> "For the most part, yes," she smiles, "and you seem to be doing quite a bit better. I had hoped you would be."
  15. 01[22:10] <zoofman> She nods enthusiastically. "Well, yes, the voices stopped, and with many of the people gone here, I had plenty of time to rest up!"
  16. 06[22:12] * Rosette smiles a bit longer, but her face grows a bit more stern, "It's good that you have, because we have some trials ahead of us yet. The storm was kept in place by a spell that kept an entire people's souls captive, which is why you no longer hear the voices."
  17. [22:12] <Rosette> "Unfortunately, it also served to seal away a number of terrible abominations who have now awoken from their slumber."
  18. [22:15] <Rosette> "But don't concern yourself with that," she assures her, "we're already making progress to move against them."
  19. 01[22:17] <zoofman> She's not taking this news terribly well, mouth sort of gaping open. "Well...Goddess shield us, this is much more dire than I ever imagined. It's so brave of you to travel amongst the front lines..."
  20. [22:19] <Rosette> She shakes her head, "I'm not brave. I simply couldn't stand to remain behind while others suffer and risk their lives for a noble cause. It pains me too much to wait for people to come back wounded."
  21. 01[22:23] <zoofman> "Still, a noble task. -I- for one am quite content to my duties here," she says with a small laugh. "But what is it like, beyond the walls?"
  22. [22:29] <Rosette> "It's...well, I won't lie, it's quite astounding. It appears there's far more to this land than simply Beastmen," Rosette seems quite eager as the subject comes up.
  23. 01[22:32] <zoofman> "Oh?" she claps her hands together. "Is it as I've heard the worshippers whisper? A lost city deep in the woods?"
  24. 06[22:37] * Rosette nods, "That and more. I'm sure there's even more to find, Goddess willing." She'd ask about the curse, but she doesn't seem in a particular hurry to get back on a depressing topic.
  25. 01[22:42] <zoofman> "Well, if you find any books that look interesting, would you...mind seeing if you could let me borrow them? While my duties hold me here, I am curious to learn about these people. Apparantly they spoke Orcish?"
  26. [22:52] <Rosette> "They did, and...we certainly did find a good number of books. I'll see if I can bring some to to you next time," she says amiably, " I think they may have spoken Orcish before the orcs did in fact, though I'm not certain."
  27. 01[22:54] <zoofman> Her eyes go wide with curiosity. "Really? That would be...quite a revelation. It's strange, how little we know of them despite our history with them..."
  28. [23:05] <Rosette> "Well, it's hard to learn about a culture in the situation we were. Perhaps we'll discover more here," she sounds particularly optimistic.
  29. 01[23:06] <zoofman> "I can only hope so. The fact that the writings you found are in their tounge, though...that does seem promising!"

  31. [23:22] <Rosette> "Indeed. Well...I suppose I should get going. The Commander's probably done with her report. Goddess bless you, High Priestess. I'll try to bring some of those books next time I visit."
