  44. You should receive an email within 10 minutes of submitting the registration data. Validate your email address within 24 hours* by clicking the link in the email sent to you.

  46. * if you do not validate your account within 24 hours your data will be deleted from the database. You can re-register with the same details and try again if you wish.
