4 	Dr. Ashfaq Ahmad is serving as an Associate Professor at the Institute of Business & Management, University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore. He is also performing multiple tasks as Head of Academics and Quality Assurance being Deputy Director to promote research and academic ventures at Institute of Business & Management, University of Engineering & Technology, Lahore. He teaches in the area of Management, Research, Accounting, Banking and Finance at post-graduate level. He has worked as Assistant Professor, Head of Business Administration Department and Superintendent of Iqbal Boys Hostel at University of Sargodha up to February, 2012. He started professional career as Lecturer at School of Accountancy & Finance, Lahore to teach the students of CAT, ACCA and CA. He joined NICON College of Computer Sciences as Head of Business Administration Department to manage BBA and MBA programs offered at NICON College of Computer Science, Lahore (campus of Sarhad University) from 2003 to 2004. He joined the Department of Business Administration, University of Sargodha as Lecturer on regular basis in 2004. Dr. Ahmad has about 12 years teaching, professional and research experience in the higher education sector in Pakistan at different universities like University of the Punjab, Lahore (IBA, HCC, HCBF); University of Central Punjab, Lahore; COMSATS Institute of Information Technology, Islamabad; Foundation University, Islamabad; Ripha International University, Islamabad; FUUAST, Islamabad; Iqra University, Islamabad and University of Sargodha, Sargodha prior to joining Institute of Business and Management at UET. </p><p>He is actively engaged in research ventures as HEC approved PhD Supervisor for Management Sciences (accountancy, banking & finance, marketing of financial services, corporate governance and management). 12 	Ms. Fatima Gillani, who has joined IB&M as a lecturer is a bachelors in Electrical Engineering from UET Lahore and pursued MBA soon after her graduation from the same institution. She was among the top students of her class and achieved 2nd position overall in the department in MBA. During her Masters she has served as a Research Assistant and has been involved in various intellectual activities at the department. Ms. Fatima has also worked in Wateen Telecom and Synergy Advertising agency as an intern. She has always been a distinguished performer at workplace and always received appreciation in this regard. 16 	<p>Mr. Muhammad Shoaib Farooq, a graduate of Bachelors of Commerce from Hailey College, PU, Lahore (Session: 2007-09), & did his Masters in Management from IB&M, UET, Lahore (Session: 2009-11). He is member of Project Management Institute (PMI), USA & Quality & Productivity Society of Pakistan (QPSP). He is also member of Board of Directors of "Rise for Pakistan".</p><p>Mr. Shoaib won many national & international awards, including 1st Prize (Rs. =100,000/-) in All Pakistan "Young Entrepreneur Business Plan Competition", Year 2011 & received the said award from Chief Minister Punjab Mian Shahbaz Sharif. Mr. Shoaib has around four years of teaching experience in various institutes & Universities including "Al-Syed Institute of Commerce" & "UET, Lahore".
