Shiki's Food Cravings

She was about seventeen weeks along according the doctor and Shiki was starting to act weirdly. I guess the cravings had kicked in because she had been doubling down on her tomato juice drinks and pestered me to keep going down to the convenience store to buy more. There was one point where the fridge was lined with bottles of tomato juice. It got even weirder when she kept wanting to order Chinese and Indian food and always wanted curries.

 

When it wasn't meal time she wanted to snack on instant curries and she'd already gone through ten bowls in a couple of days. I was dumbfounded, how could she live off of one food? Yet she was always wanted more and she'd tug at me to go buy her more.  Apparently something about the strong flavors and sodium drove her towards curry and it was a bit of a comfort food. I was just glad it wasn't something weird like sponges or soap.

 

We'd run out of Shiki's snacks again and she was at my arm tugging me down and swaying my shoulders. Her chest brushed against my arm 'Sweetie, I'm peckish again!'

 

'Again?' She was wearing me ragged.

 

'Yes, again!' Shiki puffed her cheeks 'I'm hungry!'

 

'Fine, I'll go get you some more-' I cut myself off as I noticed her chest. It had swelled up. 'Shiki... did your boobs get bigger?'

 

Shiki turned red and playfully smacked me on the behind 'Don't stare at my boobs!'

 

'You don't mind it when I play with them' I retorted and gave her a sly grin.

 

That just made her grumpy 'You wanting to play with them all the time is why we're in this mess.' Shiki pressed her hands against me and shoved me towards the door. 'But, yeah they have and none of my bras fit any more. I'll make you go shopping for new ones if you keep teasing me.'

 

'I'll get you something black with lace.' I joked.

 

'Stop winding me up!' Shiki begged now 'Can you please just go down to the store for me?'

 

'Okay, okay.' I leaned in and kissed her cheek 'I'll be back soon.'

 

I shuffled my way to the car in my some old clothes I wear around the house and slippers. Shiki was too impatient to let me put on proper shoes. I must have looked like a madman when I walked down the aisles at the convenience store with baskets full of instant curry and tomato juice. I didn't phase the clerks there, perhaps they were too professional or maybe they had seen worse than me in their time.

 

When I got home Shiki had one of my hooded sweatshirts over her. Even though I'm larger than her the sweatshirt still couldn't wrap over her massive chest. It was the first time I saw one of her shirts marked with two wet patches. I stood and stared at them I could see her nipples poking through the fabric and I pictured them leaking under her blouse. It must have made Shiki terribly confused.

 

'Uh, sweetie, what's wrong?' Shiki tilted her head and waved her hands to get me to snap out of it. 'Is this about the hoodie? I'm sorry I keep stealing them I just got a little cold!.. honey?'

 

I raised my arm and pointed at her chest 'Your shirt is wet.'

 

Shiki looked down and gasped 'Oh my gosh!' She pulled the sweatshirt over her chest and tried to hide her shame 'Stop staring!' she grumbled.

 

'Shiki...' I struggle to get my words out.

 

'Oh shoot! I'm staining your hoodie!' She whimpered. Shiki didn't know whether to cover herself or take off the sweatshirt.

 

'No, I mean you're wasting it.' I teased.

 

'Wasting it?' Shiki was confused she looked at her chest and blushed. 'Wait you don't mean?' She squealed, ripped off the sweatshirt and threw it at me. 'Ew, my hubby is a perv!' She cupped her wet chest and ran to the bathroom.

 

'Shiki!' I put down the bags and chased after her 'I was joking!'

 

I got to the bathroom right as she was about to close the door. Shiki peeked her head around the door and gave me a smirk 'You're still not get any! It's not for you!' She stuck her tongue out. 'Nante ne!'

 

I sighed. Shiki told me she needed get cleaned up and change so I offered to make her a snack. I had a feeling I would be out buying her more snacks soon but luckily these cravings would come to an end soon. I just had to take care of her until then. I mean it couldn't get worse from here right?
