What you need to do
You are required to include an appeal and a reason in any and all bans. This means after every ban, you must include a message saying "appeal @ www.untouchable-gaming.com" following the ban reason no matter how big or small the ban is. Multiple offences of not including this message and a reason may result in punishment.

Game Plan:
1. Call player into teamspeak via BEC or RCON
2. Gather all witnesses from both sides
3. Investigate the incident
4. Collect all data
5. Conclusion and issue of punishment

If the player has REFUSED to enter Teamspeak:
RDMing:
First Offense - 60 Minute Cooldown ban
Second Offense - 1/2 Day Ban
Third Offense - Full Day Ban
Mass RDM (3-5 Players at once): Full Day Ban, Refer to Senior Admin for increased length
Increased Length: 1 Week/Month/Permanent

Fail Roleplay:
First Offense - Kick
Second Offense - 60 Minute Cooldown (Depending on severity this can maximize to 1/2 Day)
Third Offense - Dayban, Refer to Senior Admin for increased length

Civilian Spawn:
Crashing into Civilian Spawn - Permanent, refer to Admin for review
Bombing Civilian Spawn - Permanent, refer to Admin for review
Mass RDM/VDM in Civilian Spawn(5-10 Players) - Permanent, refer to Admin for review

Server Threats:
DDoS: Permanent Ban, Collect IP/GUID and create a report on the Staff Forums.
Hackers: Permanent Ban, Collect IP/GUID and create a report on Staff Forums.
Malicious Links/Pornography Links: Permanent Ban, Collect IP/GUID and create a report on Staff Forums.

Donator:
Glitching/Exploiting into a donor base or donor area - Dayban, refer to Senior Admin to increase ban length.
Spawning in weapons - Permanent Ban, Investigate as hacker (Refer to Senior/Lead)
