Altho 3E/F-1

* Kuji walks into the station, tossing up the new Pokeball he just caught and catching it. "Excuse me, where's Salino?"
<Salino> A lady at the front desk smiles as Kuji enters, looking rather warm and friendly. "Oh... he's in his office right now... may I ask who's looking for him?"
<Salino> (damn right he gets an office >:D)
<Kuji> "Kuji, miss. Kuji Kotodes."
<Salino> "Alright, just give me one quick minute!" She briskly walks off and comes back pretty quickly. "Boy he sounds excited! Alright, you can come on back Mr. Kutodes." She waves for him to follow her.
* Kuji follows the woman
<Salino> She leads you down a hallway off to the side and you quickly find yourself in front of a door to an office. It does indeed have a plaque that reads 'Detective Salino Fenn' on it. "Just go right on in!" She then walks off back to the front desk.
* Kuji opens the door and walks in. "Wow, Salino, you have your own office?"
* Salino is stting at his desk which is covered with paperwork. He's scribbling furiously on something when you enter. "Kuji! I didn't think you'd visit me at the station! Yeah... I was kind of the top detective here so they kept my office here for me in case I ever came back..."
<Kuji> "Oh, nice! Anyways, I'm kind of her for something... come on out, Bush." The Bayleef leaves the Pokeball and stares quietly at Salino.
* Salino looks at the Bayleef and gives a broad smile. "Oh! I didn't know you had a Bayleef! Why hello there fella!"
<Kuji> Bush says quiet. "I just got it today..."
<Salino> "Oh well... congratulations. Kuji is awesome pal, you'll really him being your master."
<Salino> *really enjoy him
<Salino> (derp)
<Kuji> And Bush stays quiet. "...can you see the problem I'm having?"
<Salino> "Well... sure he's a bit quiet... but some pokemon are like that right?" Salino gives a goofy smile as he still sits at his desk, no longer scribbling on paperwork. "He's probably just not used to you yet."
<Kuji> "...Salino. Maybe you're missing the point."
<Kuji> "Anytime someone traded a Pokemon or I caught one, it responds. This one... doesn't."
<Kuji> "I also heard it was abused before... maybe you should look into it."
<Salino> "Hmm..." Salino gets up and approaches Kuji and the quiet Bayleef. "Abused? Oh the poor guy! Who could abuse a pokemon..." He... probably will regret it but he leans down to try and pat the Bayleef's head.
<Kuji> And he does... nothing. "...I have no idea how to calm it down... Salino, this worries me. Can you look into this?"
<Salino> "Well... I could try... but I can only really look up to... probably a day into the past at most."
<Kuji> "...no, I didn't mean like that. You have the support of the police station, right? Work this out."
<Salino> "Oh of course..." Salino looks at the pokemon with a frown as it just kind of stares into his soul. "Where did you even get this Bayleef from anyways?"
<Kuji> "...um... how about I tell you AFTER you go to the circus."
<Kuji> "It seems the circus heads rescued this Pokemon..."
<Salino> "The circus heads? That's curious... why would they have given you an abused pokemon like this?"
<Kuji> "Well, I helped them out a bit... I guess they needed someone who could take care of him."
* Salino continues to pat the poor bayleef's head as it just kind of does nothing. "Poor thing... do you know where they rescued it from?"
<Kuji> "I think it was... Orre."
<Salino> "That's... pretty far off..." Salino stops petting the unresponsive pokemon and looks to Kuji. "I can possibly get an investigation started but... I don't know that there's much we can do with this pokemon being from so far away... were there any others like it?"
<Kuji> "Yes. Four others. Let's see... Trevor got one, Steve got one, and someone named Cole got one as well."
<Kuji> "I'm sorry, I meant three others."
<Trevor> ( For the record, you still don't know what Trevor has yet. )
<Trevor> ( he never opened the ball, so as far as you know it's still a Furret. )
<Kuji> "And I'm more interested on their nature then anything else... I mean, if you can't use Pokemon as someone to take care of, then what CAN you use them as?"
* Kuji 's mind is clouded from the real thing... perhaps it was his love that did it.
<Salino> "Trevor too? He's quite good with pokemon but still..." Salino closes his eyes with a hand to his chin as he is deep in thought. "I... I don't want to think of what people would possibly do to result in this... or..."
<Kuji> "..."
<Salino> "Kuji... we should be very cautious with these pokemon..."
<Kuji> "...why do you say that?"
<Salino> "This is only a thought and I  hope my theory isn't right but... what do you think would happen if a pokemon with no emotions, no sense of self... was thrown into battle?"
<Kuji> "...oh. OH."
<Kuji> "...Salino. You should check this out, then." Kuji thrusts Bush's Pokeball into Salino. "Bush, you're going to be staying with Salino for a little bit."
<Salino> (whatno D:)
<Salino> (stop throwin pokemon at meeeee)
<Kuji> "I expect it back, of course."
<Kuji> (It's just for investigation. I'll still keep the character sheet for it.)
* Salino looks at Kuji with a face full of worry as he holds the pokeball in his hand. "Honestly... it's hard to think of where to start... these pokemon were raised with... really bad intentions."
* Kuji nods. "So... go find out how to cure them, first!"
<Kuji> (Anyways, dinner time. BBS)
* Salino looks down at the pokeball in his hand and then at the bayleef with a frown. "I have a feeling it won't be that easy..."
<Kuji> "Me neither."
<Salino> "...We always seem to attract trouble don't we?"
<Kuji> "Hahaha. It's going to be a heck of a year, isn't it."
* Salino recalls the Bayleef to the pokeball... he was kinda getting unnerved by it staring into his soul. "Yeah yeah... but I wouldn't have it any other way I guess..."
<Kuji> "Yeah... anyways, I hope results come soon. But, first... the CIRCUS for you!"
<Kuji> Kuji sighed for a bit. "Are you sure you're going to be okay?"
* Salino looks kind of... sad actually. "I was all excited to go but... I couldn't get you a ticket..."
<Kuji> "Nah, it's fine. I saw a whole bunch of the circus while I was setting up the bleachers."
<Kuji> "I'm more worried about the team than anything else."
<Salino> "Well... I'll just have to make you dinner and bake some snickerdoodles before I go to the circus then..."
<Kuji> "..."
<Salino> "Well if I can't take you I have to make it up somehow..."
* Kuji grabbed one of Salino's hand with his hand, and slid the bracer down to Salino's arm. He repeated that with the other one. "...these will protect you."

<Kuji> "I'd give you my armor as well, but you're too skinny for it."
<Kuji> (Yo, Charm.)
* Salino the bracers are actually a bit loose too but they aren't a terrible fit. "What... do you expect to happen at the circus?"
<Charm> (just watching)
<Kuji> "...Salino. The Team. Did you forget? That's why this is their last performance."
<Kuji> "I wish I could be with you and protect you, but..." Kuji had a sorrowful look on his face.
<Salino> "...Right. That's why I tried so hard for this ticket... and I wish you could be there too... I don't feel strong without you nearby..."
<Ryuu> (is this another Kuji x Salino? :P)
<Kuji> "Heheh. Well, now you have some of my strength. You'll be fine. Just... have fun."
<Salino> (well not initially but)
<Salino> (most sessions involving us 2 end up doing it xD)
<Kuji> (Wait, what? We only did it once!_
<Salino> (well no I mean that as in doing it as a relationship session)
<Salino> (D:)
<Kuji> (Oh. Yeah.)
<Kuji> (Yep. That keeps happening.)
* Salino looks down at the bracers now fit around his arms and dons the best smile he can muster before he pulls Kuji into a hug. "I'll be strong... and I won't let anything happen. I need to get stronger for the both of us right?"
<Kuji> "Yeah. Do so." Kuji hugs back, smiling a little. "I'll be waiting for you... now, I need to get some rest."
* Salino seems really relucatant to let go but forces himself to do so. "Alright..." He still looks a bit saddened for some reason but he drags another smile out.
* Kuji yawns. "Alright, Salino. Good luck on the investigation." Kuji opens the door to the office and steps out, walking back to the entrance.
<Salino> "Right..." as Kuji wanders off Salino slumps into his chair at his desk and mumbles to himself before getting out fresh paperwork. "...Man... he's only gone for a short while and I'm already missing him..."
