DETAILED PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
After upgrading BE 12.5 to 2012 all backups are failing with ODBC error

**ACTIONS TO DATE**

TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS PERFORMED:

- Called the customer and took remote session.
- After upgrading to BE 2012, all backups are failing.
- Customer said he updated the media server & remote agents SP2 and 1 hotfix, but still same error.
- He said jobs are failing with following errors:

  ODBC error.possible lost connection to database or unsuccssfull access to catalog index in the database.

   unable to load the job configuration information.

Error set0: native=0x78e source=Microsoft OLE DB provider for SQL  Server hr =0x80040e14
INSERT failed because the following SET options have incorrect settings: 'ARITHABORT'.Verify
that SET options are correct for use with indexed views and/or indexes on computed columns
and/or query notifications and/or xml data type methods.

- Stopped BE services and renamed catalogs folder to catalogs.old and created catalogs folder.
- Then restarted BE services.
- Tried running test backup job, but failed with same error.
- Collected vxgather and escalating the case with customers permission.
