Equation to upgrade equipment at near 100% success

Upgrading a Weapon or piece of armor what you need to ensure 100% success or close to 100% success.

Step 1 Equation

Enchantment Level Desired (Multiplied by[*])% of enchantment success (*) number of times it takes to reach but not exceed 110% (divided by [/])  4 stones or enchantment supply items * 16 = a constant= number of supply stones needed for a nearly 100% result


Example of this equation in use:

STEP 1
Enchantment level +7 to +8 with Magic Dust

STEP 1
Enchantment Success rate on Enchant screen: 31.75%   Important Note:  Hit = then move to step 2


STEP 2
Number of times to reach 110% without going over = 110/31.75= 3.4645 or 3

Important Note: Hit = then move to Step 3


STEP 3
Divided by Supplies used 4 magic dust units.


STEP 4
Multiplied by 16 <= this is a constant.   I don't know why but it is.

(Number of times to reach 110% without going over = 110/31.75= 3.4645 or 3)



This all looks like this below.


(8+31.75%)(3)/4*16= 140.659 or 141

Round 141 to nearest number divisible 4 = 144 magic dust supplies to get to +8 with a 95.25 % chance of success
