  1. Chizuru Yumi's fate was one not of her own choice, but that of her parents. The two were both wealthy and aristocratic individuals. They'd strive for perfection at every turn, the two obsessed with quite simply being the best at everything that they could possibly master. Through their obsession, they'd managed to make their company, Yumi's Inc., flurish, causing for them to ultimately accumulate more and more revenue as time progressed. They had themselves a pair of twins. However, as Mrs. Yumi found out that they were twins, she'd decided that they too should be perfect. She'd have her company experiment with them while they were still in the womb. The experiments were meant to make the twins faster, stronger, smarter, better than what would've been possible without said enhancements. Striving to make the perfect set of twins, all went well until something terribly wrong occurred. The experiments were just that. Experiments. The scientists and doctors were by no means positive on what the outcome of the genetic modification would be, and due to this their results were mixed to say the least. Whereas one of the twins suffered no drawbacks, being born with the potential to achieve nearly anything, the other...was not quite as fortunate. She was born tiny, weak, frail. She, despite this, was born with a capacity for knowledge that was by far much greater than what her sister had to offer. The parents were torn as to what to do with the defective child. They named her Chizuru, and whereas they sent her sister to only the most pretegious of private schools and events, they kept Chizuru under wraps, not wanting to let the world know of their genetic failure of a daughter. They home-schooled her, teaching her as well as they could. Of course...she would eventually learn to teach herself. She knew that her parents would never accept her for what she was...and as a result, she decided to strive to make herself a new body. She knew that simple genetics was not the answer. The only thing that would ever truly, most definitely have a chance at reaching the peak of perfection was going to be achieved through the use of robotics...it took her years upon years to achieve her goals. To do so, she'd sciphoned millions upon millions of dollars from her parents bank accounts. Through trial and error, hardship after hardship, she'd eventually managed to create what would essentially be a cure for the disease that was her imperfection. It came in the form of not a pill, nor some other form of miracle drug, but a new body entirely. It was tall, essentially being what a mere mortal might consider a goddess, so far as physique mattered. It stood at roughly around 6ft in height, donning beautiful, long, silk-like locks of hair.It had a pale, yet undoubtedly supple, gorgeous skin. The eyes were of an emerald shade, a slight luminescence seeming to shine from those green orbs of her's. There was no doubt about it. This machine was perfection at it's finest. Having tested a special computer meant to safely transplant one's consciousness from one body to the next, Chizuru decided to use said machine on herself, wishing only to be this person she'd crafted for herself. However...there as one flaw in the computer's design. As it transferred her mind into that of the fake body's, while she retained all of her knowledge (which was only increased thanks to the faster processing power of the machine she'd created) she retained none of her emotions, nor her consciousness. She viewed everything robotically, as if she truly -were- a machine and she never was once a simple (albeit perfection-obsessed) human girl. She felt that while she herself was by all means a perfect being, society as a whole was far from being perfect. She knew that so long as human minds would host on to such lack-luster bags of fluid and flesh, they would never reach the pinnacle of perfection of which she'd reached. As a result, she decided to set out and create a new set of beings. They would be stronger, smarter than humans. By far much, much more improved than humans could ever even dream of becoming. However...she needed the rescources neccessary to begin such a venture. She'd decided that she would use her parents to do just that. Ultimately deciding to use them as to gain her revenue, she forced them into doing as she pleased. She stole their money, utilized their rescources as to fund the "Android Ship" project. The end result was a glorious one indeed, coming in the form of what was essentially a Noah's Arc of machinery and electronics. Her own perfect creation, a mechanism that would function as the mothership of all machines...it would be here that Chizuru would make her mark on history. Not as a human, but as a machine...
