Session 64: The Final Prep for the Con

It was pretty damn late at night (or early in the morning, whichever you prefer) by the time you made it back to Veilbeak and got your boat secured in port, so you guys crashed there for the night.

May 19 20:12:10 <Chase>	He scratches his head, looking where they're looking, and seeing no immediate threat, runs back inside his room to throw a t-shirt and some shorts over his boxers.

May 19 20:13:27 <~zoofman>	Inside, you guys find the portable egg incubator bouncing up and down from where it's secured, like something inside is hopping.

May 19 20:17:31 <~zoofman>	It begins to turn on an axis at a slow, steady pace as bits of it begin to crack.  You can see pockets of pink light shine through as the surface begins to severe like dry clay, and full pieces begin to fall away.

May 19 20:22:07 <~zoofman>	Before long, a long, pink tail with a club-shaped tip pops out, and twirls around as the egg begins to break away.  Next come two catsfeet as it kicks away at the rear of the shell.  The newborn stands itself up straight, and hoists the top half of the shell off with its short front paws.  The new born Mew opens its bright blue eyes for the first time, looking at Genevieve.

May 19 20:41:20 <~zoofman>	The Mew ends up nestled in on top of Gen as you get a bit more sleep, and things quiet down as Chase gets active in the kitchen.  It's a pretty warm and humid morning, as Summer is starting to kick into full effect.   Funny time for a winterish convention, really.
May 19 20:46:09 <~zoofman>	As Chase preps and the sun rises, it's like nature itself knows something was born on the ship today.  Lots of Pidoves and WIngulls perch near by and chirp in a surprisingly not annoying tune, and the occassional Goldeen splashes out of the water near the boat.
May 19 20:46:24 <Chase>	Chase ends up fixing a big crab quiche, hashbrowns with peppers and onions, fruit parfaits and pineapple orange mimosa.
May 19 20:46:42 »»	Genevieve returns after a short nap, a shower, and a change of clothes (and a selfie with Mew sent to Chione). She sits at the table with fork at the ready. "Thanks again, Chase."

May 19 21:56:23 <~zoofman>	Funny enough, his apartment's decor is more elaborate and exotic than even Trice's was, and there's not much bare wall left with all the scenery paintings, contemporary abstract artsy statues, and other decore.  Most the surface tops are also covered in wingdings.  There's a sanity to it all though, and it's neat and clean - right down to a shoe rack that's nicely organized right by the entrance.

"We were looking over some unusual artifacts that were confiscated from some of the Sons of Grant at the battle on Mirage Isle.  Heard from Roland this morning that you three would likely be visiting to brief us on something, though."

We found out pretty quickly if you tap them together they do seem to start a game.  When Yanala arrived she mentioned they were akin to Pokeballs."

And well, like Rosetta mentioned OOC in the other channel, these guys have seen some top secret shit in the past.
