Two player online & offline in 'n out co-op from beginning to end in any RPG is a great feature, it has to be better than Fable one. (Which I personally loved)
The combat seems to play out a lot like that in Assassin's Creed and looks like a lot of fun when you mix in spells and gun use along with the melee combat.
Every house and castle can be owned by the player, you could move your family and furniture into the buildings or set up shop or even rent it out and get paid rent by how much time passes IRL.
Your dog works to help you along in the game in many ways such as moving over to unseen treasures or hidden goodies, helps you in combat and works sort of like a minimap when you have somewhere to go, though you could just leave him behind.
Actually, it WAS kinda funny in some instances. I dunno, looking like you're 70 and running around being a momma's boy was good for a laugh.

Since if you did have CS:S, by downloading it and playing it you would have laid the groundwork for the other Source based games you also probably own and for future titles making it a highly efficient time waster(hehe).

I just apparently 'beat' Fallout3. I got about 20hrs in, 10 quests done, and got to level 15. I can honestly say that other than achievement whoring, I doubt I'll play it again.
Though I must say, every bit of this game is emotionally powerful, be it doing the main storyline, sidequests, or just setting off the nuke in Megaton for the hell of it. I thought the ending could have been a bit better, though. <spanclass="spoiler"onmouseover="this.style.color='white';"onmouseout="this.style.color='black'">why does it have to end right after you have Sarah turn on Project Purity? wtf
About two years ago I got a cracked version from a lan party that doesn't require any installation or CD key to plan on a lan. Anyone know if there is something like this for a newer version?
Despite its minimalist approach to the story telling, this game has one of the best plots I've ever encountered. The way it explores the literary "tragic hero" in such a new light is a refreshing change from the stock approach used so often in most fiction.
If only the main character had died at the end, it would have been perfect.
