SwiftIRC #PHP guidelines:
1. Do not ask individual people for help, do not ask to ask, just ask your question
2. Please use our pastebin for code snippets longer than 4 lines
3. The OPs don't want to have to warn/kick/ban you, but if you are ruining the channel for other users or just making it suck, we're forced to step in
You will be warned for:
1. Linking to NSFW websites without marking them as such
2. Using an away/back script, if you're not there to receive the warning you may be kicked instead
3. Being immature/childish without being funny (Remember that just because you think it's funny, doesn't mean everyone else will)
4. Speaking in unintelligible sentences/using AOLspeak "hay ppl how r u todai", you make both yourself and the channel look bad
5. Borderline spam, including: Using the enter key as punctuation, excessively triggering bot commands for no good reason
You will be kicked for:
1. Bots that aren't op-approved, this especially includes bots that aren't written in php ;)
2. Excessively speaking in capital letters without good reason
3. Amsging stupid crap that no one wants to hear
You will be banned for:
1. Excessive spam, this includes: Sending the same line multiple times, joining just to advertise a website or channel
2. Having an auto-rejoin script turned on when an OP kicks you will result in a temporary ban
3. Saying something that has no value other than being offensive
4. Amsging stupid crap even after you've been kicked
OP rules(pm another OP if you think one of these rules has been broken):
1. Blacklist scripts/banning for personal grudges, unless there is a clear reason why they should be removed from the channel, there is no reason for them to be banned
2. Give the full reason why you are kicking somebody in the kick message, simply "bye" is not good enough
Disclaimer: A bigger punishment may be given out depending on the severity of an offence, or if the rule breaking behaviour isn't stopped after the initial punishment.
